We have always had a positive experience at this post office. While the wait can be long due to customers’ needs ahead of me in line, I have always had good service for both mailing and passport application needs and always found staff friendly and attentive. Facility is clean and has good selection of cards and mailing supplies.

We were there to get passports for our children. After getting through the tedious application process we realized we forgot our checkbook and debit cards. I was $5 short on coming up with enough cash to cover the costs. Just when things started to look grim, Angie, the employee helping us reached into her purse and gave us $5 cash of her own money. Top tier customer service. She was so kind for doing that. She also was very sweet and patient through the whole debacle.

Workers were helpful, patient and informative, answered our questions.

When I visited the post office on 12/29/23, I was pleasantly surprised that the line moved really quickly and the wait was only a few minutes. Miko patiently helped me with my three different items to be mailed to different addresses. She was kind, had a sense of humor, was very efficient. She also found the most cost-effective way to mail the packages. Thank you! (I hope I spelled your name correctly, Miko.)

My package was delivered to my complex office to keep safe I'm guessing but the reps at the 1800 number are just so caring they called me after I called took my info and found it she even called me the next day at work to make I found it their great feel free to call their really helpful and be nice to them

Saw Alisha today to get our passports started, she was probably the nicest, most competent postal worker I've ever interacted with. She made the process so smooth and easy! Very happy we got to work with her today!

Both employees were wonderful. Miko was very pleasant and helpful with our passports and all paperwork and costs. My wife and I had a great day just from our fantastic experience.

Alisha and Miki helped me. They were very nice and patient with me. I scribbled on the form and thankfully wasn’t sent home to come back with a new form since Alisha kindly gave me another one. I hate getting passports/ id and such done because I’m used to horrible service but this experience was amazing ! If possible try to get helped by Alisha or miko. Thank you ladies!

The clerks at this post office are super efficient and very nice to work with. I've been going in there almost every week for over 2 years and have never had a bad experience. They are friendly, considerate, follow the rules, and are helpful. What more could I ask?

We had a really great experience this morning applying for first time passports for our 2 little ones. I will say, make sure to make an appointment and have all of your documents in order to help the staff out. Linda assisted us with the process and was extremely helpful, patient, and professional, making the whole experience super smooth! Thank you guys!

Went in for a passport application about 9am on a Monday morning and the ladies working couldn't have been more friendly. I had all of my documents in order and was in and out in 10 minutes. I've applied for a passport multiple times before and this was by far the easiest it's ever been. I'm not sure why there are so many poor reviews of this location, but I thought it was fantastic.

We had a passport appointment scheduled and to say we came underprepared was an understatement. Despite running late when we arrived they still allowed us to finish our application that day for our daughter which was greatly appreciated as we were leaving the country the next day (we live overseas).

I came here to apply for my passport after visiting two other post offices. This is the only one that is open past 11 for passports on Saturdays. The ladies that helped me were very cheerful and helpful. They helped me efficiently and everything was explained clearly. I am very grateful for their help and this location's hours!

This post office is farther away for us but we always use this one because of their service. The are friendly and very helpful.

I cannot say enough good things about Alisha! She helped me with my stressful passport situation and was so helpful, patient and kind! It was so refreshing to work with someone so wonderful. Definitely recommend going here for passport needs.

A shipper inadvertently mailed me a product to the wrong address. I showed up at Martin City, explained my issue, provided the tracking number, and they found the product package in about 10 minutes. I use this PO all the time and find the staff friendly and more than helpful.

After no help from Grandview post office, I went to Martin City post office to submit name change on my passport. Alicia Thompson was so helpful. She is an asset for costumer service and the United States Postal system.

Beautiful facility. Most of the staff is excellent. I recommend they keep hiring only the most competent and friendly staff. One bad apple can ruin the community"s impression.
