Hub's Pub & Grill / Roy's Convenience Store

Now this places has some awesome food. I had the jalapeño burger and it was really good. My mom had the chicken pineapple sandwich amazing. The sweet potato fries with the marshmallow cream is to die for. The server was great!!

We arrived late in the evening for a weekend camping and didn't feel like cooking. Hubs Pub was recommended so we popped in. It was a very relaxed (jeans, camo), friendly, lively place. It was busy but not crowded.

We order fried pickles any time we see them on the menu. These were above average: crispy fry, tasty pickles, good ranch for dipping. The burger was solid good. Let me tell you about the grilled chicken though. I often order healthy meals at bar/grill/pub joints, and I'm used to getting afterthought cuisine. This was not an afterthought. The chicken was tender and juicy and perfectly cooked. The grilled veggie side was grilled zucchini strips! And the salad was nicely assembled too - a spring mix with cheese, tomato, croutons, and red onions (they left the onions off for me). What a delightful surprise! Will definitely eat here again next time we camp in the area.

First of all my pictures look creepy red because we sat out on the front patio and the “awning” is a translucent red. And I don’t think I’d sit on the patio again; inordinate amount of flies out there.
Anyway, our waitress was very attentive and sweet. Kept our drinks full. Checked on us (out on the patio) several times.
Our food came out pretty quickly and most of it was great. My wife’s salad had a bunch of the lettuce ends in it, but the steak pieces were tender and juicy. I opted for the appetizer sampler for lunch, cheese curds, chicken tenders, and pickle chips. Marinara sauce was a little watery but had a good flavor. Food itself tasted great. My kiddo had the pulled pork and I stole a couple bites - super awesome!
I’d totally come back so that I can try some of their other goodies.

Great place to get a quick bit to eat. They have a lot for trailer parking which was really convenient. Nice patio on the front of the building that has fans and heaters. Service was great. They let us sit on the patio with our dog and were great at helping guide us through the menu options.

Burgers, wings, fish & chips, pulled pork: all excellent. Wonderful service. Lots of TVs and they made sure the one close to us had the MIZZOU game on. Only way it would have been better is if the Tigers hadn’t choked. It’s hard to be a MIZZOU fan 😭

Nicely new restaurant with good food and awesome service. Great place with kids and plenty of tables for big groups. Would also be a nice spot to just go watch the game or get drinks with friends. I bet the patio is hopping on summer nights. Will be back!

Service was outstanding, everyone enjoyed their food, good hearty portions. The only complaint; the indoor seating area was soooo cold. We sat outside which was nice. Great first time experience and we will be back.

We ate here for lunch and had a nice family meal. The atmosphere was relaxed and the food was great. I recommend the sweet potato fries!

Cold raining camping weekend decided to grab a bite here and so glad we did. Food and service were both outstanding.

We were in potosi for the weekend and found this place! Buffalo cauliflower was outstanding. I would come back just for that. Service was amazing. Drink selection was good! All the workers were on top of everything. I’d drive an hour from home just to come back and eat here.

We arrived at 7:40 and quickly realized they were closing at 8 pm tonight. I told the waitress we would leave because I didn't want to keep them there late. She was so kind and told us not to worry and to take our time. She never let our glasses get half empty. The food was delicious. Thank you to the staff!!!! You guys are great and my 12 year old that was working on the farm all day appreciated the food!! Have fun on your float trip tomorrow!!!!

Service and food were great. We just missed dinner rush.

I love the fact that they served my beer with a can cooler advertising their business. Which they encourage you to keep. I brought it back to Minnesota and really appreciate the food and service that we have there.

Spot on food, and service !! Staff is always friendly and food hits the spot every time!

The food was delicious here the service was ok. She was a bit distracted by the other people who were there.
We stopped by just passing through town. I'm glad we stopped at this place. It's definitely worth the stop.

We sometimes go to Hub's 2-3 times a day, and we love it! Most all of the workers in the drive through convience store are so friendly and always smiling. When we go to eat the waitresses are all really helpful and timely. The food is always great! Cheapest cigarettes, and decent priced alcohol!

This place was amazing! Great and friendly staff, Live music, fast service, beautiful bar. We ordered the burger, patty melt, and wings and were very pleased with everything. Sweet potato fries are a must!! Would recommend this place if you're in town. Nice local spot to hop in. We will definitely be back!
