Really great hometown people who have always been in touch with their customers. I have never felt like just a customer when doing business with the McClains. They are hands on with customers and are not only the owners but also the customer reps and service personell. Mr McClain "JIM" is one of the most friendly business men in Kennett always having time to listen and maybe even talk a little about the "GOOD OLE DAYS" in our hometown. And Mrs McClain is a sweet lady dedicated to customer service.
