I had the nicest young men helping me today. I ordered my phone on internet. I picked up my phone at the store. The guys offered to set up my phone, transfer all my info and put the liquid glass on my screen! Best service ever. Thanks Willie and Skyler!

We dealt with the manager, Will. And he was so nice and friendly. He assisted us with all of our phone needs and all of the changes we had to make. They started getting busy and he was just was nice to all the other customers who came in. Great experience!!!

Bought a phone at Wal-Mart in Malden, MO. And they didn't have a case they sold for that model for sale. (That's why I only had the phone before this one 4 days.) They made me leave the Sim card in the old phone I was returning. I needed to do a factory reset and keep the sim card I had used for that phone so I wouldn't be out a phone since I will have to call tomorrow to get service. Very frustrating to have to deal with. The manager that was on nights on 5/03/22 was the one that came up With this nonsense I assume. I was able to get a new phone. I had to go to AT&T in Kennett, Mo.to get my phone working. Got grade A service when I walked in the door even though I bought the phone at Wal-Mart. Top notch service at AT&T in Kennett! Thank you again

Very helpful staff and an overall pleasant experience. Helped me upgrade to an 11 pro max and I didn’t have to do hardly anything! Highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a great AT&T experience!

Yeah I went in and they took care of me I ported over a phone number and they helped me get into an iPhone 11 for half off! I also expected to be their for a couple hours it only took them 30 minutes to get me taken care of I’ll definitely be coming back again the next time I need to upgrade!!!

Will was who I dealt with changing my phone and adding another line. He was so patient and understanding with me and I greatly appreciate him for that!! You have a very wonderful employee!!!

Went in today, looking into trading phones. When the main guy there looked at my account and started shaking his head, I got a little nervous. When we originally got our phones, we got them through Walmart. Turns out Walmart screwed us over. I’ve been paying $245 a month for two lines and two phones. Dude lowered my monthly bill over $60!!!! When we’re ready to trade in we most definitely will be returning to the gentlemen at AT&T!!

They hired the right people for this place. Friendly and welcoming and helpful. I had an issue with my credit and it was no problem at all. Definitely check them out.
