Older motel but spotless clean new sheets and towels a place you can afford very friendly proprietor

My sister and I have stayed there twice 2019 and 2021 two nights each time. We like the family that owns it. It is very convenient to walk to the Delta fair. Clean sheets and extra towels on request.

The location was right across the street and the room was clean and nice n breakfast n service they was there if I needed them

Cheap.. what you pay for is what you get.. the beds are uncomfortable. And service is low.. but if u just need a cheap place to stay the night this will work
