Great People, very professional.

Who publicly goes up to someone (in a bar none the less) and berates them because her mother decided to go to another funeral home of her choice. It’s not Mrs. Holders place to subject my love one to her rudeness because she had to honor my husbands policy. It was unethical and just mean to subject someone with this sort of behavior especially after we had just lost a wonderful man. This was not done weeks after he died we hadn’t even had the service yet. I am so upset that I couldn’t in good faith recommend this funeral home to anyone. Shame on you for being so heartless and shameless.

We used them because our family had used them for decades. We were having our moms wishes granted by having her buried with her parents in Missouri and transported from her home here in Tennessee. They were under new ownership when they did our mothers funeral. It was nothing like it used to be. We felt rushed through our service, it was just all business and a cold atomosphere, Before we even got any of her flowers loaded from the funeral home we were pulled into a room wanting $3255 paid in full and that did NOT include her burial container, marker, gave lot, casket, getting her ready and the embalming. Those were already paid through our local funeral home for her service here. The charges were outragous for only a couple hours of their time and use of their facilities. Here 16 months later they still haven't put her death date on her marker. I wished we had went with another funeral home and I am Thankful we never will have to use them again.
