love this gym, it offers all you need to fit your fitness goals no matter what level you are at. They offer Zumba, Yoga, Karate, Boot Camps, personal trainers. Very friendly, helpful & caring staff. Has a full size Gym, offers child care free for members while they work out or go to a class and for non members who attend class there's a small charge ! Come check it out I dont see way could could be disappointed!

More equipment to work with and you have trainers that work with you setting up a program with the individual person. Also Zumba classes the center is open six days a week wife prefers this gym over home town gym
