Drury Inn St. Louis At Union Station

Wonderful hotel! We normally stay at the Arch Drury, which is great as well, but this location is just as good! Teresa, our front desk check in staff, was so sweet and went above and beyond to honor a room request! We so appreciate it! Customer service is a lost sentiment nowadays, but Drury's still got it! Will definitely be back to this location! 👍👍

We’re here for two nights it has been lovely the rooms are clean and comfortable, bit cold and heating makes a lot of noise

Staff are all friendly but feel Andrew on reception goes the extra mile and is so good at his job , I said I didn’t like elevators and he quickly changed our room to a lower floor.
We saw him working busily in all areas and still smiling 😊
Loved the 5-30 “kickback” drinks and food
Breakfast was plentiful and good
All in all a great place to stay and oozes history beautiful building 😊

I stayed here as a member of a group that was in St. Louis for a national conference of college students. The majority of the hotel guests were young adults and while we behaved respectfully, I’m sure it was overwhelming for the hotel staff to have so many young people at once! Nevertheless, this hotel constantly had phenomenal service!! All the staff were extremely kind and helpful to us and always had a smile on their face. We felt extremely welcome and taken care of. A shout out to Bonita for her always joyful energy, even at 6:30 in the morning!

Excellent location, super friendly staff. Good breakfast and we loved the drinks and kickback in the evening. Everything was clean and worth the money.

Beautiful Hotel with a great Italian restaurant at the bottom. Nice pool and Jacuzzi. Very family oriented especially with union Station across the street. Super close to the blues game. Secure parking that's a plus .

You can never go wrong with Drury Inns. Rooms always clean and comfortable. Breakfast is a real breakfast with "meat potatoes,eggs n biscuits and gravy. There are more options too. Union Station close to everything downtown. Only downside is it is in St.Louis which is struggling to find police officers so crime is a problem.

My favorite part about this place is the location . There is enough to do around there - you can literally park your vehicle and not move it till you're ready to leave. The staff is by far the friendliest staff I've ever encountered in a hotel/motel . The breakfast and dining hours are definitely one of my favorite things about the hotel . I can't say enough good things about drury inn union station & already booked my next stay !!

This hotel is wonderful! The staff were amazing, room very clean and the happy hour was like having a meal. Great location & parking; will book here again!

The employees here are all fabulous! Fallon and Unique at the front desk were amazing and so accommodating. Room décor could maybe use some updating, but I was not there to see the décor. The rooms were clean and the beds comfy. The location is right across from Union Station and a short walk to enterprise stadium.

We recently stayed here and it was fabulous. The feel of the vintage YMCA was apparent. The best part of the entire stay was the staff. Every single person I encountered was exceptional in their customer service skills. Whoever hires and trains these folks needs to clone themselves! It was a pleasure to stay here.

Super cool old building. Well kept up. Nice pool, hot tub, and fitness room. Our room was clean and ready upon arrival. Secured parking garage, Good food, amenities, and the staff were all great! The only complaint was no extra chair and table in our room, also the city itself is dumpy. If I were to trvel to STL again, I would most definitely stay with Drury.

We love staying at Drury Inn St Louis Union Station. We have busted multiple times. The staff are amazing and welcoming with great personalities. We love the breakfast and evening snacks and drinks that is included with your stay. Right across the street from Union Station and a metro stop make it the perfect place to stay. It’s a great place to stay when visiting for a baseball game or walk to the soccer stadium.

Had a wonderful stay, perfect location for what we needed parked in garage and didn't need are car for the rest of weekend. Enjoyed the the snack's in the evening the 3 free drinks not so much but hey can't have it all right. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of it. Highly recommend. I wish we had made it down to the bar/ restaurant but maybe next time. So if you're going to Union station and want to stay close this is your spot walk right at the front door and your there.

Stayed here a couple weeks ago and this is my favorite Drury Inn in the St. Louis area. Staff are very welcoming and accommodating. Shout out to Unique at the front desk and Shirley Ann at breakfast, you girls made my day with your pleasant attitudes! The location is great, many things to do within a short walking distance. Evening kickback and breakfast buffet did not disappoint. It was a very pleasant and relaxing weekend and we look forward to our next stay.

The rooms are great the place is clean and staff is the most amazing people I have ever encountered in a hotel stay. Front desk clerk a lady named Dee she went above and beyond her regular duties to enable me to continue with my workday while staying at the Drury and I will always be grateful to her for what she did. There's also a sweet little grandmotherly lady in the breakfast area and she is the most precious most helpful and kindest thing ever. I did not know her name but She deserves a tip from every person that stays there. She's just that friendly and helpful I will always recommend the Drurry Inn. Staff I treat you like family and that's no lie

The Drury Inn at Union Station was amazing! We chose it because we had previously stayed in one in another location and loved it too. At the Drury, you get free breakfast, snacks from 4 to 8 and a happy hour from 5 to 7:30 that includes 3 free drinks and free food. You could make a meal out of what they called snacks, perfect for those wanting to save some money. The rooms were very clean and comfy. They had a private gated parking deck for guests, as well as a pantry and a pool. I'm sure there was a fitness center too, but I didn't visit it. Lol. This particular Drury is within spitting distance to the Ferris Wheel at Union Station. I highly recommend the Drury Inns and will always look for one when I'm traveling!!

Absolutely fantastic place! Great staff great facility and location! Very clean rooms. Pool was nice but on the chilly side but the kids didn't care lol. The breakfast and dinner was great and made fresh!

Great hotel in an awesome location (right next to the Wheel at Union Station). Complementary dinner, drinks and breakfast (didn't have dinner but breakfast is fine). Big downside is the pool is FREEZING.

We love staying at this Drury Inn. The service is always great and everyone is very helpful and friendly. The location in ideal being across the street from Union Station and a 20 min walk to the stadium. The night-time food and drink and the breakfast buffet are amazing! Again, Love this hotel!!!

My "room with a view" faced a ferris wheel. 😂 Elevator had no numbers for 2 or 5, which leaves me very curious why there are missing floors.

Standard Drury Inn otherwise. Very friendly & great service from all employees. Room included mini fridge. Only ice machine on main floor. Pool & hot tub in open lower level, which left main level and common areas very humid.
