Everyone at rent one are very friendly and always make the best offers compared to other home stores and if I ever come late on a payment they aren’t in a rush to take the merchandise back right away. The guys at rent one are always friendly and help with anything you need. I can't be biases but Thomas, Austin, Dylan and Derrick always makes you feel like family when you walk in the store. If they don't have what you want in their store they make sure to find what your looking for!!!! Customer satisfaction is always a 5 when it comes to them helping you find it.

Thomas mullen is an excellent worker. He always goes above beyond his job makes sure I stay up to date on my payments and is quick to fix any problems I have. Will definitely keep using them

John and Jay were very quick about setting up my big screen TV and even cleaned up their mess afterwards they were awesome everyone that works at the Kennett store are awesome I do all my business there

Was a previous customer years ago, got a washer and dryer through these guys, that still works to this day, and recently got a stove, refrigerator, and microwave through this location (pretty sure they will last a long time just as my washer and dryer have) . I can say that I like the employees that are there better. I have to shout out to Dylan for helping work with me on getting those 3 items I mentioned above, in anyway he could, as well as his professionalism when I go in to make a payment (also small town and we knew each other from school) Also give a shoutout to the two delivery techs that delivered the items this time, as they done a good job. Also have to give a shoutout to Thomas for just being a friendly employee. Also kudos to Derek for making sure to keep those employees in line, especially Dylan and Thomas, as they need babysat the most. Lol. Great employees at this location. Highly recommend.

Ththe atmosphere when you walk in is just like walking into home the smell just everything looks so relaxing like you just want to take off your shoes and go to bed. But everybody in there was just friendly very friendly that assistant manager was very very friendly to everybody and because I went to Aaron's first and they just acted like I don't know. I just didn't like the feeling but I sure would choose them again if I ever had to. And they also just work with you about the payments and stuff this really I mean I was amazed very amazed and they're all young people that works in there and they was all well mannered every one of

All the guys at Rent One in Kennett are super great guys!! Dillon and Austin are to of my favorite guys!! They go above and beyond to get what you want!!Mr Mike from Rentone is very respectful he ask if loud noise affected my Daughter and yes it does but as long as I can tell her what to expect she is OK! I thanked him for his courtesy supe t great guy!!!
