Lucky Clover Lakeside River Resort

First time at Lucky Clover and we’ve already booked again 😃😃 Bringing the grandkids next time. Lots of places to explore and play. Property is well kept and everyone was friendly. Shower house/bathrooms are clean, lit, and well maintained. The lake is beautiful and very peaceful. We enjoyed watching the geese and their babies roaming free and so many butterflies 🦋 🦋. Thank you for a great weekend and a shout out to little man Brody for being so sweet.

Camping was great, a lot of different ways to camp. campground was clean and well maintained including bathrooms. The float trip was awesome. Pool was perfect. Have everything you need including worms. Staff is absolutely amazing above and beyond. This will be our spot from now on. Very beautiful scenery. Fishing I was great also. Play ground for the kids. Pet friendly

Fishing pond and lake. Swimming lake or the pool. Very close to river. Plenty of sites. Bathrooms clean and well lit. Ground maintenance was excellent. Very friendly staff. I would recommend

This was our first camping trip with our recently purchased camper. This was an ideal spot to try things out. We learned a lot and will be making some changes to our setup.

When we were setting up we discovered that the 30 amp outlet was dead. The owners brought an extension cord and adaptor and got us hooked up to power. Much appreciated.

We loved the seclusion, the quietness, the ease of access, and the friendliness of the retreat owners.

First time camping here and first time for my son. It's been a decade since I camped and floated. We did not float and because of the storms we cut our trip short but the owners and workers were very nice, inviting and understanding.
This place is clean, close to town but felt away from everything. The scenery was absolutely beautiful. Prices are great and affordable.
We will definitely camp here every year.

First I would like to say this is the best campground we have been to yet. The owners do a great job keeping the place clean and maintained. Bathrooms were clean showers were clean. Alot of wonderful people that were staying there we had great neighbors. It was very quiet after 9. Quiet time is not till 11 but honestly it was never really loud. Love that they are dog friendly we will bring ours next time. We had a great time on our float. They have a nice pool to enjoy on the camp grounds. Also you can go down to the beach area and swim in the river. Nice little fishing lake. We absolutely loved our trip and will be back very soon. We highly recommend this campground and floats!😀

We rented the clover house. We had an Awesome time. The house was great plenty of room for our fairly large group of 12 plus 3 small kids. The river was amazing both days for our float trips. Beautiful scenery and a very comfortable river to float with the whole crew. I can't say enough about how great our experience was. The kids enjoyed the pool and the playground as well as just walking around the lake. The clover house added a good amount of privacy as it sits a little away from the rest of the camp area. Having the pool right next to the house was great for all the kids since we could be near the house and allow the kids to enjoy the pool. 110% recommend this place if you want a great place to relax and enjoy time with the family. A few stores within a 10-15 min drive make it great Incase you forgot to pack something. The service was amazing and everyone working in the shop and working the float trips were great. We will definitely be looking to make it back here for another trip.

One of my favorite places to stay! Staff treats you like family! Shower house are always clean. Very family friendly campground. This is a great summer campground. They have everything from a pool to swim in the river just minutes away to swim in and the lake to canoe or kayak in. This is our go to spot! Now they have snow cones which are so yummy!!!

We had our first visit at Lucky Clover March 2024. The staff was friendly, very helpful. We rented a tandem kayak and SUP to use at their lake, had a great time. The lake is big enough to spend hours exploring, but small enough to let your children go swimming and be able to see them from anywhere else on the lake.

The bathrooms were clean and well taken care of. There are lots of little signs and touches here and there that make it feel like the owner's really take pride in their campsite.

Overall, the vibe was family orientated and peaceful. Definitely would recommend Luccky Clover for families or people looking for a relaxing camping trip.

We visited here about 2 weeks ago and it was our first time camping in years. My teenage boy is loved it. Staff was very friendly and the site was very clean and well kept. There is water an electric hook up at the RV sites. There is a dump station on your way out.

Just spent a weekend there. It's beautiful and quiet. Floating 5 miles on the river was perfect! Bathrooms were very clean. They've got a playground, volleyball, pool and more. Staff was amazing! Definitely will return!

We had a group of 30 people this past weekend. The sites and campground were well maintained. Staff were all helpful when we had Qs. Reservations, check-in and out were easy. The float was great and getting to put in and take out was easy. We will definitely be coming back!

What a GREAT place to camp-! We rolled in on the motorcycle- not knowing what to expect- but it ended up being exactly what we needed! The owners were super friendly and accommodated us to the fullest-!

Great place to bring the family. We had an amazing time. The shop has ice cream. You can rent canoes rafts or tubes take them on the lake or go down the river. They have full showers and bathrooms. I will definitely be bringing my family back here. Super close to town incase you forget anything plus it does not feel like you are close to anything.

The entire staff was friendly, clean campsites, and beautiful scenery. We did the 7 mile float as well and had a great time. We will definitely be returning!

This is a nice quiet place just pat Cuba, Mo. They are very friendly and helpful with your questions or concerns. We have been on 2 float trips one was a rafting adventure and this most recent trip the whole family went; so we had a couple rafts, canoe and several kayaks. Let me just say I had a lot more fun on the kayak than in the raft. I would highly suggest that!
The river itself was a little low in some parts but very peaceful and relaxing. The kids were able to swim without being in the way of other people floating. There are several banks to stop and chill or eat and whatnot.
The best part is that you pass a spring fed cave and it is beautiful as well as cold. Beautiful nonetheless!

The night sky is awesome. Beautiful lake views from all sites. Perfect amount of shade.
Best part is the space between sites. Plus great fishing.
They do offer floats, but we did not float. The campground does have river access as well.

The campground is excellent. Staff super friendly. Very family friendly. Highly recommend!
