It's okay, but that's about it. Service isn't usually friendly. Wouldn't say mean, but more of an attitude of not caring.

They did not have the product the app stated that they had. When I asked for help finding it, I was told if they had it it would be on a shelf in the cleaning aisle. When I asked where that was located she replied with the cleaning supplies and pointed randomly to the other side of the store. They did not enforce social distancing as the people behind me were in my personal space. Very disappointing. When I called the other 2 Walgreens in town the phones were not working. For a pharmacy I would expect better.

Poor hours, poor attitude of pharmacy workers, rx not always filled on time. Best to find another pharmacy.

I’d give it less stars if I could. Takes forever. I never know what I’m going to have to pay for the EXACT same prescription. Sometimes 50 cents, sometimes 10 dollars apparently. Can’t explain why the price changes. Was given the wrong prescription last month. Maybe we can petition to get Whaleys back?

My husband and I picked up some photos yesterday around 4:30 and we went to the back of the store and this African-American woman that was the cashier walked back there and she was getting the photos out of the machine and she was slamming envelopes down and she had walked off without saying a word she was very rude. We then went to the front of the store so she could check us out after I looked at my photos and my husband tried to greet her and she rolled her eyes and she was just very rude she had an attitude! We will Not be going back to that store!!!🤨

Tried to get a prescription refilled, but they jerked me around for over a week and eventually, finally, after all that time, told me to go find it somewhere else. And this is the kind of drug you're supposed to do every day, and if you stop then you have to start back over to build it back up. So that's ruined now.
Told my doctor about it and she essentially said the same thing. Why the hell do I need to source my own prescriptions? What am I even paying these people for?
Good luck trying to call Walgreens to ask them questions, they'll keep you on hold for hours if you don't get disconnected out of the blue.

Incredibly UNPROFESSIONAL. I just called about a prescription I had through whaleys, which now was transferred to Walgreens due to the buy out and as soon as the Pharmacist heard me say “Whaleys” they hung up on me. I don’t know if they have had a lot of calls about prescriptions through Whaleys due to the buy out, but it was extremely unprofessional. I called the one of Missouri Blvd and was assisted and off the phone within 3 minutes. Never dealing with this place again.

COUNT YOUR PILLS! There were 5 pills MISSING from my prescription I picked up yesterday. I counted as soon as I got home because I have run out early in past months. I take care to keep my medications safe and tucked away so I didn’t understand how I could be running short multiple times. One thing I hadn’t done tho was counted them after picking them up. Why would I, it’s a pharmacy! So I count out the pills and there are only 55, not 60! I talked with the pharmacist who said everything on their end looked fine, nothing to explain this. He was very nice actually and our conversation may have even kept me from writing this review, if I didn’t suspect something like this has happened to me in previous months. The pharmacist at least gave me some reassurance that he would keep our conversation in mind and he will make sure this doesn’t happen again. I guess we’ll see. Just make sure to count your pills, especially if it is a controlled medication!
