Absolutely had the best customer service there. It was amazing. I had a picture on my phone of what I wanted. The guy, Noah, took me and my mom straight back. Wasn't there. He went to run the numbers. Came right back. Said he was going to go look in the back. Was back super fast with one in his hands. The cashier was great too! Didn't get her name. Had an awesome experience. Will definitely be going back. This was my first time being there.

Pittsburgh green line tools are quickly becoming my craftsman and snap-on replacements. For the weekend shop man, Harbor freight tools do just fine for nearly all projects. I can't go wrong with Pittsburgh tools.

People are friendly and helpful. If you are looking for items to use in the home garage they have about anything you need.
I recently repainted my truck all of the sanders welder and different tools to do it with were bought at harbor freight. I even bought a 10 x 20 foot portable canopy enclosed the sides and painted the truck in it.
For my personal use the tools I buy thru harbor freight work fine and they are fairly well priced.

I really enjoy stopping in to Harbor Freight Tools. There are several tiers of tools available, some of them on a par with well-known competitors, without the molester van prices. Last visit, I got some thread lock and a new torque wrench to properly torque my new spark plugs. With aluminum heads, proper torque is a very good idea. I also got a small wire stripper, crimper, and terminal kit that has come in very handy. They also have things that are slightly surprising. You can get coupons and flyers for a variety of bargain buys. They also have wheels, tires, and tubes for hand carts and dollies, very handy store to have in town!

Now, a pro tip; Patrons coming west on Missouri Blvd. save yourself a headache trying to turn in from the front. This is a busy intersection, and can be dangerous with all the traffic. Take the left onto south Dix road into right lane (there's a double turn lane) and turn right on the street just before the Appliance Parts store, come in from behind Harbor Freight. It reduces risk substantially! If you come out the same way, Dix is one way, but swing back and turn left at Southwest Blvd, you can make an easy left back onto Missouri Blvd, or turn right with less hassle.

They also have a Members Club that will save you significantly over a year, if you use Harbor Freight frequently.

A great place to get inexpensive tools.

I called harbor freight today to see if they had a 12-in Hercules miter saw dual bevel talk to Jessica she's the manager told her that I was interested in the Hercules saw and I would be on my way she took last one put it by the cash register to hold for me.The saw works great..Awesome customer service Thanks again Jessica...

Best prices on car chargers.

Always a great selection of tools for almost any project. As to be expected some are better quality than others. I generally don't have very many issues with the tools I purchase and they complete the task I put them to use on. If they happen to fail many have a warranty to replace them. They make the process easy and the prices are better than most.

Deauville! Place is great and the employees are very helpful. I was recently looking for a hand tool set. It was not an exoensive item. Despite not spending much I was treated well. They also have excellent value on their products. The warranty and return policy on most products is very generous.

The staff there is so helpful. I had went in today, looking for something I found on there website. The website stated they had it in stock. I'm sure everyone knows how reliable that is. Lol. Anyway, the shelf was empty. However, a young woman there asked if I needed help. Once informed of the situation, she promptly checked the computer, and then proceeded to the back for 10 mins. Only to emerge with what I was after. Excellent job Jefferson city Harbor Freight crew. I am impressed.

One of my favorite stores in town. Good value tools. The staff, very friendly and helpful. The insiders Buyers group is well worth the few dollars it cost for a year membership.

I really wish I could give this place 1 star because I think I'm an addict! I love Harbor Freight.... Love the tools, the price point, and the value. The greatest thing about this place is that they have a good variety. If you are a professional that the consumer tools won't work for you, but for a hobbiest these are great!

I could spend hours there coming up with new projects I never knew I needed to do, justifying the reasons to buy everything.

Stopped by Harbor Freight to pick up a couple of items today. The employees at this store are always friendly and very helpful. I have visited this store on many occasions and they never fail to provide great customer service. I wish all retailers live up to the standards that I see at this Harbor Freight.

Absolutely fantastic service !!! The manager Mr Bodey went above & beyond to help me purchase the trailer !! Since they only had 1, he gladly offered to reserve it for me. Driving to Jeff City to get it, I was running a few minutes late -- Mr. Bodey was so kind and understanding -- he kept the store open and was waiting by the door with the boxes on a cart!! He even loaded the heavy boxes into my vehicle. Associate Weston also helped make the entire process pleasant, efficient and painless !! A great team, professional, friendly and kind hearted to customers; an asset that is appreciated ! Will not hesitate to shop at this store or recommend it to others.
