Easy to order online and pick up always a breeze, love the little bargains I find when I go in also. Always clean and help isn’t hard to find if I need it. Every project big or small starts here.

It's Menards, so I go there for certain things only. Pretty nice store with good employees mostly. Always helpful if needed.

We had an awesome person, his name was "(Previn)", helping us in Osage Beach Menards. He was very helpful, kind & professional. We found everything we needed that they had. He found more paneling at another Mernards (Jefferson City) so we could complete our project. Previn is a valuable asset at Menards. We hope he stays there.

I was impressed. Menards had the product we were looking for. We had to search briefly for an employee, but when we found one, suddenly we had three. The salesperson that we ended up with was extremely accommodating and helpful and sensible. Our cashier also was excellent. She took the time to explain the rebate process to us and the even explained how we could follow up on a missing rebate that we had.

I've yet to meet an unfriendly employee here and I've been shopping at this store since they first opened it. The employees always go out of their way to be helpful to me. I'm disabled and it means a lot to me.

This place is great to just come in a get a few things then leave if you are in a hurry. I could easily spend most of a day here.

UPDATE, nothing has changed.

I was made to feel as if I was a thief because security locked the door . So I had to stand there and act as if I couldn't see security push the button to release the doors blocking my exit. I don't recommend people of color shop there . employees have the green light to discriminate and hold u hostage . I don't think they'll care about my pain so I will think about not doing commerce there again.

Menards is my go to for just about anything. The Jefferson City, Mo. store is fantastic and always has what I want. Seems that everytime I need help there's always somebody knowledgeable. I've talked to gals in receiving that are very knowledgeable. Also, lighting, flooring, and electrical. I'll always go to Menards.

Never a bad day when you can stop by Menards

was not even aware it was WHERE it was ..kinda TUCKED AWAY but had EVERY thing I needed for my pool.

Made a quick stop for flashlights and water for a hot summer's day tour through the state prison. We were in and out in no time flat. The employees were friendly and helpful and the store was kept in a very clean manner and very well organized. Very nice on the outside as well, no garbage blowing through the parking lot or rogue shopping carts. Very nice Menards location indeed.

Went to buy roof coating. Had exactly what I needed at a good price. As usual, I came out with much more. I love Menards. So much selection.

Had an excellent experience with the staff at this store. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the name of the initial dude who assisted me but he brought in Steve, and Steve was a great help. I had questions about Japanese beetles and Bermuda grass and he offered great advice, helpful suggestions and was patient with my questions. Thanks Steve. 😎👉👉

Big. Always can find employees on the floor and they are great with assistance.Have great selection of rope. Good Christmas sales. Great prices dog orthopedic pads. Store has everything.

Menards is amazing. They have friends sales associates around every turn. If your a tradesman or a novice they make it so easy to find what you need at great prices. I love getting my kids outdoor activities from Menards because over by the cash registers there are isles of amazing family fun activities for low prices.

Good selection of materials and brands. Good pricing and the rebates are a nice incentive too. Friendly and helpful staff makes for a enjoyable experience

Asked associate at door about water softeners. She pulled up on computer and discussed different softeners then called another associate and had him meet me in aisle where softeners were located. After selection they found cart and loaded softner. At check out another associate took to my pickup and loaded. What more could you ask for. Awesome

This Menards is my favorite one. Usually greeted at the entrance with a big hello and a genuine smile. A very inviting feel, prices are usually better than Lowe's and alot of stuff that other places sell only by the season.

Menards is a great store, a lot of times I am able to use the store as a one stop kind of place since they carry some grocery items as well as things like laundry soap etc... Prices are competitive, their 11% discount is always nice whenever they have it.

Only thing I wish they had was a Veterans Discount program that was useable whenever they are not running their other discounts.

Wonderful store! And, they are one that carries My Pillow. One reason I shop there. Friendly, very helpful staff.

It was good ,customer service was very helpful in leading me to the right area , and allowed me to leave a package at the desk while I was shopping , and checked out my purchases after I finished
