Holiday Inn Express Boonville, an IHG Hotel

GREAT overall stay. Friendly staff. Comfy bed. Easy parking. Delicious breakfast. There’s a pancake machine. You press a button. Boom. Two flapjacks made in front of your eyes. If you, like me need a stop on your journey. For a solid night sleep and great hot breakfast - Highly recommend!

Helpful staff. Clean rooms. I forgot my soap and the soap provided by the hotel smelled better than anything I would have brought. Good breakfast.

I stayed here for a night back in June. Nice hotel. I got a good nights sleep and a hot buffet breakfast in the morning. I would return.

Clean and comfortable room. Bed wasn't as comfortable as most Holiday Inns.

After my family and I had just spent $500 at another hotel for terrible service and an awful night, we were reasonably anxious about getting another hotel. But this one was so much better. The only complaint I have about the hotel was that the floor was slightly damp when we first got there (like it had just been cleaned), but it dried quickly, and didn't really inconvenience me.

The staff was incredibly pleasant and treated us respectfully. The people staying at the hotel even were very nice. I had to get a cot as the two beds were being used by my mother and friend, and it was incredibly comfortable. Probably the best sleep I've had in awhile, especially since I've been on the road for about two weeks.

Again a late arrival and Sal was here to greet us!! Late arrivals and Monday morning leaves, gets a fabulous greeting and send off from him, owner, Nick and staff.
The rooms are clean, breakfast is good, and those using the pool and hot tub seem to have fun! Nice, quiet, just off the road location.

Our stay was comfortable, and we felt safe amid the ongoing pandemic. We appreciated that breakfast was served, but by staff members who were fully masked and wore gloves. The breakfast was more limited than usual, which is to be expected right now. The room was clean and fresh. However, I found it hard to sleep and was warm most of the evening, which is unusual for stays with Holiday Inn Express. The kids enjoyed the pool, and the room value was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay at this location again.

We were very happy with our stay here last night. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. Plenty of options for the breakfast and the breakfast area was clean. Really loved that our room smelled so clean. We got a great nights sleep.

Staff was extremely friendly, rooms were clean and comfy. Breakfast was awesome! Only minor complaint would be the water pressure for the shower, but I've showered in weaker pressured ones before 😹

Very nice we place to stay with indoor pool and gym. Breakfast had a large variety of food.

Just to clarify this was September 2019. Such a lovely stay. The beds were so comfortable as the sheets felt like satin clouds. Super nice bathroom with all the traveling goodies including a hairdryer hanging on the wall. The bathroom seemed to be handicap accessible. There was a nice little table area and a couch. There was a nice little kitchenette. The kiddo flipped out over two tvs. The staff was so extremely helpful and compassionate. It was truly a wonderful stay.

Needed a place to stay while driving cross country with two little ones. Stopped here because it was easily accessible from the interstate. Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and comfortable. The beds were soft and the rooms were quiet. The breakfast was awesome also! I Would like to say Thank You to the older gentleman who worked there, who made sure we were comfortable. Thank you for an awesome stay.

Staff was very kind, welcoming, and helpful. The pool was great and a good depth for my kid. The room was clean. Plenty of parking even for a holiday weekend. They offer free breakfast every morning and have free WiFi. It’s a great location because it’s by a Love’s gas station, fast food restaurants, a grocery store, and by the freeway (no, you can’t hear the traffic while in your room).

Very clean, quite. Staff is amazing. Breakfast is served daily,and you have a lot of options, and it's good food. If you forgot deodorant or toothbrush they also give you complimentary needs.

We came in around 2 am and Sal was such a pleasant soul to deal with. He was so friendly and made our process easier on us as we were lacking sleep. The room was clean and beds are soft. Water pressure was fantastic and water stayed hot. This will definitely be a stop for us when we travel cross-country again. From GA!

Amazing stay!!! So clean and the staff was so friendly, nice, and helpful. I had my hands full and the woman at the desk helped me bring my bags to my room and in the morning the woman there was very kind. The bathroom was spotless, the beds were clean and comfortable, and the pool was not over chlorinated.

Melissa greater me at the front desk in a very polite and friendly manner. I did not have a reservation, however, my request for a room was handled swiftly. Melissa was dressed in professional attire and conducted herself the same way.
My room, 223, with a king bed was very clean and spacious. I must commend whom ever it is that orders the soap, shampoos, and the lotion for this location. I travel a good bit and found myself pleasantly surprised by the fragrance of the soaps.
Looking forward to breakfast in the morning before heading back out.
Bottom line is that I highly recommend this hotel. Clean, Comfortable, Spacious, Professional and friendly staff.

This is place is awesome!! ALL the staff is friendly and helpful. Angel and Melissa provide excellent customer service, so welcoming and make you feel right at home. Our room was excellent. Pool and hot tub felt great. Our 4 year also had a great time. He loved the late night pancakes! I recommend this Holiday Inn Express to everyone!! And the breakfast was yummy! :)

They will make you park a Uhaul a little farther away on the street, as their parking lot is small. Otherwise clean, no complaints. Breakfast area was stocked and clean.
