Had my truck in for a radiator flush. I dropped it off the night before. They called me earlier than I expected to let me know it was ready and even told me what the cost was before I got there. Wrights Automotive is easy to find and the staff greeted me by my first name.
I'd recommend them for any auto repair. 🛺

Excellent experience with Wright Automotive on 12/4/2023. Phil and his team did an excellent job on my 2014 Honda Accord V6 (Timing belt replacement, ignition coil connector replacement, oil change, etc) not only with the quality workmanship but the professionalism they showed my son and I in our interactions. Highly recommend them!

Well it has been two years since I started bring my 2005 Dodge Ram up to Wrights for whatever reason.

Scheduling an appointment time was reasonable. Colin diagnosed the problem within seconds. Cost of repair was provided prior to actual repair. Repair was completed in a timely manner. Overall experience exceeded expectations. I'll be back.

Yesterday my car broke down in central Missouri. I called Phil for a recommendation of someone I could trust as much as I trust him. He provided me with so many options of help. And options of his personal time and resources. He had a friend that he trusted to take care of me at McCarthy Toyota in Sedalia. Damon is the service manager there! I had my car towed there. They had the part (alternator for my 1991 Corvette) waiting when the car arrived. And this amazing friend of Phil’s had my car fixed and headed back home in just a little over an hour. Phil went way beyond what he could do to help me with the car breakdown. I’ve always recommended Wright Automotive to people I know or encounter. I am hoping this superior review will convince others to use his services. His staff is awesome! It is important to me to support locally owned businesses! I have never seen such a clean and organized facility. The service is excellent and employees are very good at listening and have good work ethics. We have 3 vehicles serviced there and glad we chose Wright Automotive for our car care/maintenance. In our opinion and experience this company deserves a 5 rating. I'm from out of state and on my way through had hit road debris. On my way through Smithville I stopped here at wright automotive and they fixed me up quickly and I was back on the road in no time. They were friendly and professional. Thank you!

They do excellent work and are very honest. Took truck up to have a part put on. Later the ac wasn't working right so made appointment thinking it needed to be recharged. When they called to say it was ready for pick up, was told there was no charge that they had caused the problem from working on it earlier. Again thank you Wright Automotive for your honesty.

Honest service and nice to work with.

It ended up being cheaper than what I was quoted. Everybody there was friendly and courteous. I dropped my car off Monday morning with an appointment. Sweet little girl behind the desk brought me home. I was picked up when my car was ready Tuesday afternoon. The only problem I personally had with it is that I called Monday after 4:30 and they had not looked at my car, I was told that they ran into complications with another vehicle, as aggravating as it was to hear that it also kind of comfort me in knowing that if it would been my vehicle that they would have taken the time to do the job properly. So all in all it was a very pleasant experience I would recommend them .

I’ve gone to Wright Automotive for years because they are honest and work hard to make sure my vehicle is safe. Their pricing is usually decent and they get my car back to me as soon as possible. I definitely recommend going to Wright.

Top notch service everytime we bring our cars in. Great communication and honest assessment of the issues with our vehicles. Always friendly and professional. I recently had some major work done on my carburetor Wright’s, and they did a great job and kept it under my budget. They were done in a very timely matter. I was very impressed with the work, the price, and the professional service. Give them a chance with your car you will be happy you did.

This shop was recommended to me before moving here! I have taken 3 vehicles for multiple issues to keep older vehicles running safely. The owner is wonderful and very professional. I have lots of auto repair backround, taught autoshop, worked as a service writer in California and I know a great shop when I see it. One look at the Auto tech's in the shop is all you need to know...sharp, experienced, hard working men. Service writer is smart and knowledgeable. Brake work is stellar! Wright does it right!

I have been experiencing the benefits for the Wright Automotive Business for several years and just don't go any where else. I've been broke down at home and they get me going again, I go in for an appointment and know that everything will be checked, reported and fixed. Planning a road trip and just ask if there are any issues to be concerned with, this team will tell you and make you aware of potential problems. Their estimates are provided prior to work being completed and always a friendly smile.

During the last ice storm here last week, I had to have my car towed to Wright Auto Repair as it wouldn't stay runnin. They found that squirrels had gotten under the hood and chewed several different wires and made the repairs promptly and timely. But then they went above and beyond by driving the car back to my apartment complex for me since I had no way to get there. Even more, they parked it for me saving me the treacherous walk from the parking area back to my apartment. And third, if they hadn't brought it to me, I might not have even noticed that one of the headlights was out which we found was also from chewed wiring and they are fixing that today. Thank you to all your staff for going the extra miles to make my life safer and easier !!!
