Donut Palace

I go rolling up to the drive through at 0430, half asleep, not realizing that they are not open yet. Now instead of telling me to "get lost" which is what I would have done. The fine folks at Donut Palace took my order and made my breakfast. Now I'm not suggesting that we take advantage of their pre-open hospitality. I just wanted people to know the character of the Donut Palace folks.

Quality fresh product from a friendly family business! We are especially fond of the fritters (apple AND cherry), long John’s (filled by request when you order!), donut holes, and anything with sprinkles. Super customer service - so patient as the grand daughters make their choices and always reward them with a smile. Sweet memories are made here. (Pun intended)

These are by far the best donuts I have ever had. No comparison to store donuts at Price Chopper or anywhere else. Very reasonable too. The box they come in is pretty and giftable if you are dropping by a friend’s house. The staff is very kind. We drive out of our way to get donuts here versus the grocery store.

We came here one morning when the place we originally were going to go to was closed. The donuts were light and fluffy and the employee was incredibly nice! I had my 2 year old with me and he gave us some donut holes in addition to what we ordered, which was so thoughtful and kind. We will be back for sure.

Best donuts in KC area. Don't eat the pink iced...save them for me and my grandbabies! Melt in your mouth donuts, not those heavy dense concoctions at DD or Lamar's. These will make your mouth sing and your belly excited!

Not a lot of time in line always fresh reasonable price and you will definitely come back again and again... And tips are always welcome. It's a great little place in Smithville for donut shop.. hopefully down the line they'll add more to their menu

Favorites: cherry fritter (I like it more than their apple, but others LOVE the apple), cinnamon roll, and their glazed donuts are the best you will ever have.

This place has the most INCREDIBLE Donuts. If you think of going anywhere else, you’re wrong. Cause this place oh man, this place makes heavenly donuts.
