Porters Building Centers Ace Hardware

As a mom of three, I always dread trips to the hardware store because it’s so boring for the kids. Well, not at Porters!! Always great customer service, and the free popcorn is such a nice touch for the kids! Great business to have in our small town!

I rented a tiller from these folks yesterday which was a super easy process . Plan was to have it for 2 days, finished up a bit early and was going to take it back. The vehicle I was using to transport it decided to break a belt in Liberty and had to be towed. That’s a problem. Called them and apprised them of the situation and they responded that they had a guy making a delivery and he could stop by and grab it. He showed up 30 minutes later. Above and beyond, we’ll played Porter’s!!

I always enjoy trips to Porters! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Their Hallmark section has adorable home decorations and I also love the Simply Southern clothing and accessories. They are family owned and operated - Kent, Alex and Mack are great!!

I have had Porter’s work on 2 vehicles: one with hail damage and the other from an accident. Aaron Porter has been fantastic. He handled the insurance portion, which kept my involvement minimal. Vehicles we ready as promised and looks amazing. Definitely will recommend! Stellar service!

I frequent Porters for spray paint and they always have a great selection and everyone is really helpful! I love supporting local stores instead of making the trip into Liberty.

The employees were very helpful! They didnt have what we needed in stock, but one man offered to check the other stores he was visiting that day for the item! It was so kind, they took our number and let us know they would call when they got it in, or found it!

We are always greeted at the door with a hello when we come in and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The Porter families are true American entrepreneur's that not only run a first class operation they are genuinely concerned about there community.

The lady at the front desk check out was so wonderful and friendly. Doug loaded my stuff in the car and made it a perfect stop! Not to mention all the cool stuff to look at.

Went in to purchase the solar comfort space heater. Nick, one of their employes's met us upon walking in and was very knowledgable about the product. Nick was not only knowledgable about the heater but he took us to other areas in the store and was very helpful and listened to our needs.
I would go back for hardware needs in the future.
