I shop here often and there are a number of phenomenal Staff members in this store, Rick in Pro services, Matt in customer service, and another lady with short brown hair whom has been in Pro Services/Customized Services for years.
On this particular day, I needed to alter one of the eight gallons of paint I had purchased the day prior. The male staff-member advised he could not alter the color in any way, and that I would just have to buy another gallon of paint. I advised him I had shopped with Home Depot for years and they had altered it before. He insisted this never happened
I went to Customer Service and spoke with Nettie, whom saved the day. Nettie walked with me to the paint department and resolved my issue with a new can of paint, a smile and an apology to me as well. I left as a very satisfied customer thanks to Nettie saving the day. Nettie is 5 stars!! 👍👍👍👍👍

I purchased a Milwaukee heated jacket and had to exchange for a new one. They were helpful in finding a replacement size. The battery quit working within a week of buying this jacket and it melted the charging cord. Hopefully the replacement lasts longer.

Im a Ryobi tool owner and its the only place to go for genuine Ryobi tools and accessories.

Holy S$%&!!! Sweet Baby Nascar Jesus!!! I found a store that has a knowledgeable staff, and one that pays attention to someone in need. Now, I didn't leave with what I needed but I got the answers I needed. And now I'm going back to my house to rip out the faucet needing replaced to bring it back here so I can get what I need to complete today's task. It's unfortunate this level of caliber associates aren't at the Bannister location. It would be more convenient since Bannister is 5 mins from my house in KC.

The ladies that unloaded my truck this morning ROCK!! They are the best! thanks. Despite the cold rainy weather they make most men that unload trucks look bad.

I bought a freezer from Home Depot on Saturday. When we got it home we found that it had 2 broken shelves and the front of the crisper was missing!!! Needless to say My heart just sank. But, thanks to Ms. Davis, she went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was satisfied.
Everything was replaced as soon as they heard about the problem.
There are two other employees I would like to thank. Mitzi the customer service representative and Ben!!!
You guys rock!!! I can't say enough great things about my shopping experience at my local Home Depot!!!

The folks here are always helpful. If the associate helping didn't know the answer, they find someone who does. Lumber selection is better than most places.

I love the Home Depot. It's got everything you could ever need more. I love the clearance section. It's very convenient. Wish I could go there and get some more plants cuz usually they're half price and stuff at this time of the season

We walked into the appliance department and were treated very well from that moment on. Though they did not have the exact color & model of dishwasher we wanted, that is a national problem and not just Home Depot. We dealt with three different employees during our purchase, and all three were great to deal with and very professional.
We went to another store today and it was an awful experience!! So that is another reason this stands out so well!!

I wanted to take a second to review this Home Depot because if you’re looking for something and you need help there’s people like Jake at the end of the night that will stop what they’re doing and legitimately spend time helping make sure you find what you need when they’re about to close in like five minutes and he’s busy. This is the kind of people the store hires and don’t be afraid to ask for help even if the stores closing.

We've never had a problem finding what we needed. If we didnt see it, there is always an associate to help us. Had to take my dog in once and they were wonderful about it.
The prices are competitive and often better and more convenient than waiting for Amazon to deliver or lose my order. Highly recommend THIS store. Very friendly staff.

As a professional that visits The Home Depot all the time, I have to say that this store has some of the friendliest people working here, especially at the pro counter. They are usually stocked pretty good, unless you need electrical panels or breakers which are very hard to come by at the moment. The only real problem I have with this store is that it's one of the smallest in the metro so they may not have all the odd items you need.

Always have what I need. Express line makes it easy to. In good location, to get on and off highway. Handicap parking and wheel chair access. Wonderful spring flower selection.
All the good tools at a fair price.
Friendly service from workers that love staying were they work.
Plenty of places to grab a bite near by.

All in all easy to get to and get in and out.

Everyone was friendly and helpful! Very customer service oriented. Home Depot gained 2 customers today. They actually have manual wheelchairs and that's great for me since I don't see well and can't see well enough to drive a power cart. Truly appreciate it! Left the competitor since they're not customer service oriented

My Saint Bernard tags along with me for errands to dog friendly stores. He certainly attracts a lot of attention, but loves coming to this location because the employees always are so welcoming and kind. The employees (especially those who were working in the paint department this morning (3/11/2021)) are very friendly and extremely helpful!
