My husband and I became acquainted with Greg while reviewing homes on Zillow. The home we were interested in was about an hour from his home base and we were In a distant state so he drove to the home and video called us. He went through the home as a home inspector would and showed us every detail, he explained systems we were not familiar with and absolutely went above and beyond, exceeding any expectations.

Phyllis Rittenbach was our agent. She was so beyond helpful! When we started looking for houses it was a headache. Houses were flying on and off the market. We were up to our eyeballs in houses. Saw a house we liked. I didn’t get a good look at the sign, just assumed it was Bianco Realty. I called the office bright and early and an Angel answered the phone. (Phyllis). I gave her the address of the house, and without hesitation, she said ok, I can meet you there in an hour. When we pulled up to the house, it wasn’t listed with Bianco! I was so embarrassed! But she did not mind. I was already a nervous wreck! When we met she was the perfect mixture of push and pull. I was so stuck in imaginary numbers, but she was the facts lady! She had great connections, not just for me but for everyone! Paired me up with a great banker, and helped us with every step. Phyllis was available at all times. Even at 5am. She was attentive, resourceful, helpful, and available any time I had a question. She was a God send! When we closed on our house, we received a small welcome home gift. I will cherish this gift forever. The whole experience was so smooth, easy going, and drama free, even for a nervous first time home buyer like myself.
