Dr. Joshua Whitford, DDS

Having not been to a dentist for quite a long time and needing a lot of work done, the staff at Silver Lake Dental is fantastic. My hygienist Danica is wonderful, put me completely at ease and is just overall quite pleasant. Dr. Josh Whitford is probably one of the best dentist I have seen, and my experience is limited but still have some. Despite the work necessary he is pleasant to speak with and I felt quite comfortable while he worked.

A BIG shout out to Silver Lake Dentistry! I had an emergent tooth situation yesterday. I called them to see if I could get in to be seen right away. They told me to come in & they promptly took care of my issue! They were so busy & had so many patients to see! I thought I’d be there all night but they quickly took me to the back & I was taken care of right away. The staff was great & the dentist, Josh Whitford, was amazing & very professional!! Thank you all!!

Everyone is always so nice and extremely professional. Dr. Whiford is very caring and a gentle giant! I look forward to coming back as much as one can to get my dental care. Not fond of dental work being done, but you guys make it easier. Thanks!!

I went in because of mouth pain. They were all very kind while my grown self freaked out having 4 of my teeth pulled. I always recommend this office to anyone who needs a dentist. My kids like everyone there and we always leave satisfied not terrified.

Awesome family dentist! Our entire family, including small children love this office and staff! Very friendly, personable environment, also very clean! They will work to get you in and there is hardly any wait time when you arrive. Highly recommend this office for anyone!

After moving away, I made the mistake of leaving Dr. Whitfords practice for another closer to my home... I paid the price!! I opted to have my silver fillings removed and replaced with composites for aesthetic reasons... this led to a plethora of pain and cavities in the teeth that were supposedly fixed and a newfounded phobia for dentists, that has lasted for years! On 11/11/19, I returned to Dr Whitfords practice for a much needed cleaning. I received a big welcome back home... not only did I get a superb cleaning, but Dr. Whitford performed the repairs I desperately needed the same day, because He was aware of the distance I had driven! He fixed the prior dentists screw up all the while ensuring I was comfortable during the process! One day after Dr. Whitfords repair, I am completely pain free compared to the total right sided facial pain I had experienced with the other dentist! I am so thankful for Dr. Whitfords expertise and his genuine concern for his patients! I learned my lesson the hard way... I wont leave a great dentist ever again!! Thank you Dr. Whitford and team for your outstanding care!

I had a temporary crown put on and everyone that worked on me couldn’t have been nicer and professional. They made sure that I wasn’t having any pain and Dr. Whitford did an excellent job of explaining everything to me about the procedure and what to except until I go back to have the permanent crown put on. I highly recommend Dr. Whitford and his staff!!

I was a little nervous taking my 3 year old to the dentist for the first time, especially since this was not a specific pediatric only place. The entire staff was great and she had such a positive experience!

Loved this dentist!! They were so sweet and made you feel so comfortable! I love that they let you know what they are going to do before just leaving u in the dark about what’s going on in your mouth.

Everyone is very friendly, I love the opportunity of late visits, and Dr Josh takes the time to answer all my questions. No matter how silly they are. And I love that I can get a warm blanket for my visits.

Dr Whitford is amazing. I am totally freaked out by dentist. Dr Whitford made me feel comfortable and kept me engaged in conversation during the procedure so I did think about what was going on.

I had never been a patient of theirs , my dentist is closed until April 10 so I called early afternoon and told them I thought I had fractured a molar , they told me to come in at 400pm confirmed it was fractured and put a new crown on tonite ! Great service and very nice people !
