I have been using Regions Bank for about 3 years now and they have never let me down. As a result of moving a few times, I have used other banks and have come across several issues with customer service or not having certain features I liked. Regions was able to give me a regular debit card even when my credit score was low, has always had tremendously nice and helpful staff whether I go in person or call. I highly recommend this bank and will definitely continue to do business with Regions.

I have been a customer of Regions Bank since 1982 when they were Capital Savings and Loan. They have great customer service and have met my banking needs and expectations for over 35 years.

So far I have been pleased with the customer service. They go above and beyond to provide security for their accounts and customers. I recently had some issues with fraud on my account. Though it was a minor inconvenience they took extra steps to ensure my money and accountability remained secure. I greatly appreciate all they have done.

Since the previous manager left the customer service is terrible. Soke of the tellers are extremely rude.

I thought long and hard about rather or not I was going to leave this review but I thinks it’s important that I do so. Especially since the person who I felt disrespected by just so happens to be the branch manager. I went in to get a new card printed. Upon arriving there were two people in front of me and only one person behind the counter. No problem waiting. She finally decided to call someone to help after I had been waiting close to ten minutes. The guy comes and I let him know what I needed then he goes to the back to get the process started. Upon arriving he tells me my new card is printing and he would return in a couple minutes to hand it to me. I could hear and see what I’m assuming to be the printer that’s printing my card. Two minutes come and pass, 5 minutes come and pass still no one retuned to hand me my card. I thought about grabbing it myself but was also trying to be patient and didn’t want to walk in an area that I assumed to be employee only. Some more time had past, the branch manager who had been helping a customer in her office exits her office to help another customer who had been waiting to get some information from her. Their conversation was at least another 5 minutes. After shooting the……with that customer she walked right by me “I’m certain I was showing signs of frustration at this time” doesn’t say or even acknowledge me and returns to her office apologizing to the customer in her office saying she got held up. More waiting for me, I then left the bank without my card to pick my son up from school, while out I get a voice mail message from the original employee saying “I left without getting my card could I please return to get it by the end of business” more like you forgot that I was waiting in the lobby for you to return to give me my card before I left!!!! Any how I return to the bank, as I walk in the woman who had been working behind the counter by her lonesome, immediately greeted me by last name and said she would get me my debit card. Standing next to her behind the counter was the branch manager who still pled her and said I’ll get it but instead as she walked from behind the counter in a very loud (for being in the environment we were in) voice called out the guys name who forgot about me and says “THAT GUY IS BACK” excuse me “that guy” has a name which you just heard your employee call to me. The disrespect and dismissal I felt in that moment was very unsettling to me. Referring to a customer as that anything as an employee especially the branch manager was very unprofessional and a clear indication of disrespect. She meant and did disrespect me in that moment. To make matters worse and in showing their true colors neither her or the original person helping me walked my card out to me. They sent a younger female who I took as their attempt to send someone I would identify with! (You figure it out) to hand me my card and I can tell by her reaction she was completos thrown on the spot saying “I guess I’m suppose to hand you this” speaking about my debit card. I thanked her smiled and immediately left the bank feeling disrespected, dismissed, and more than anything embarrassed by the way I was treated. To the rude disrespectful branch manager: My name is Nate Brinkley not “that guy”

Absolutely terrible. Waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes because they’re by appointments only but wouldn’t answer the phone. Drove an hour to come to the closest bank and it was a complete waste of time. Will be switching banks immediately.

RIDICULOUS! CLOSED UNLESS APPOINTMENT FOR THE LOBBY.... BUT ONLINE IT SAYS THEY'RE OPEN... POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL AROUND.. WAITED IN THE DRIVE-THRU FOR MORE THAN 30 MINUTES! REGIONS BANK YOU NEED TO DO BETTER.

The branch manager is impossible and cares NOTHING for the customers. My debit card was hacked and she has NOT helped me resolve this matter. I've called, I even drove an hour to get to this location and she just keeps blowing me off. I have filed a complaint with the BBB against her and still they closed my claim saying they sent a letter (which I haven't received in the 9 days they said it was sent) and a letter doesn't resolve my case either way. I am now calling my family lawyer. Keep posted!

I tried calling the bank today, it rang over 15 times the first call and no one answered, second call over ten times, no answer. I ordered our checks through the bank, however the names on account was printing out weird. I wanted to talk to someone about my order before they got them ready to send to me. Thank you,
