U.S. Bank Branch

Been with this Bank for 5 years and have had no issues at all. Always have pleasant experiences with them. The mobile banking app is fantastic. This particular branch has terrific customer service. Kori and Bob were very helpful and kind to me. Keep up the good work!

Best bank ever!!!! This is the only bank I’ve never had any problems with and Kori and Amber are very good at their job :) Very easy and fast service.

Absolutely love this bank, they’re great people and managers. They always are chipper and smiling. I’m super lazy and constantly go through the drive through with coins and I recently got a new car and they noticed! Sersiously awesome experience for me and my fiancé who has also used them for years.

I do everything (checking, credit, loans) through US Bank and the JC location is very helpful & friendly. Amber is a great banker & I highly recommend having her help you out with anything!

It's a good bank

I am a US Bank customer. Loans, credit card, accounts, you name it. First, I will say their on-line site is really good. When you make an account to account transfer, it's there - none of this "next business day" nonsense when you are trying to get to your money from another account. The on-line bill pay is quite easy to use. For loans, they work with you on rates and such very well. I'm a pretty satisfied customer. That being said, if you want a teller to wait on you and you need a lot of person to person contact, this isn't really the bank for you. I've been in the lobby (which has pretty short hours, even for a bank) when there has been one teller available and there's a line of several people and I have had to wait what seemed ages, just to cash a small check! They also seem to dislike answering the phone. I'm working with a banker right now on a loan and she's GREAT - really, no complaints with her or the business end of things - but call to ask or give information, and the phone will just ring until it disconnects. I had to call 3x to get someone to answer. Bottom line - they need more tellers at least for the busier times of day, and a dedicated receptionist answering the phone. Oh yes, they also did away with their drive-through ATM, which I'm sure was so people had a way to exit their teeny-tiny parking lot without waiting in line. But now you have to find a place to park in their teeny-tiny parking lot and walk up to the ATM and stand in line in the rain and cold, etc. I really liked that drive-up ATM. I think most people preferred it.

The service is good, my only complaints are the ATM machine outside and the hours. The ATM machine wouldn't take cash which would be fine if it weren't the fact that that means you have to deposit cash during business hours and the business hours are 9-4. Most working people can't make these hours including myself. It's not feasible to only have access to the bank once a week.

We went through the drive thru to withdraw cash. The guy got to us very fast had us sign the paper, then we waited and waited and waited, and the guy was gone. No one gave us our money for 10- 15 minutes. I've never had to wait this long ever at a bank, maybe at fast food, but never at a bank. And it wasn't even busy. What the heck was the holdup?? No apology. No explanation just left us waiting. Maybe Jefferson Bank is a better bank to go through in Jefferson City. This was ridiculous.

US Bank of Jefferson City, Missouri, has no accommodations for disabled people at the atm. If you want cash from the ATM, you have to walk, otherwise, you need to go during business hours and make a withdrawal through the window service.
The staff there is always polite and cheerful, if I could give staff service a 5 star rating I would.
Not being able to access my own money when I want, is a huge inconvenience.

The customer service I experienced at this branch was pathetic. Around twenty minutes passed with only two customers ahead of me before I was helped. When I was helped, the teller talked down to me in such a demeaning manner I couldn’t believe it. I have been a customer at U.S Bank for a couple years now, and the teller continued to show me how to fill a deposit slip (common knowledge for a bank account holder) and tell me “We’ve all got to be the captain of our own ship at some point, right?”. Are they aware how rude it is to talk to customers like that? I know I look young but I’ve had this account as an adult for YEARS. On top of everything I’ve mentioned, several of the employees kept saying how they ‘should close the bank today’ and that they ‘would rather be at home’. If you are going to conduct business through U.S. Bank, I’d wouldn’t recommend the McCarty Branch as a viable option.
