Dr. McCracken and her staff are AWESOME! She, as well as the staff, are friendly, courteous and caring. I hadn’t been there in over 5 years, but when I went back, it was like I had never left. And they remembered me!….. If you need a dentist who will take their time examining you and then giving you a clear concise breakdown of services needed, then Amazing Smiles is definitely the dentist office for you. Always an "amazing" experience here. Been coming to see Dr. Kelly for years, and I can say that she does a great job with explaining what is going on, along with the proper treatment plans going forward to maintain good dental health. Also - Gina in the front office has been amazing as well and easy to work with for appointments. She always makes sure I am on top of my appointments, and I am so grateful!

My son recently had his braces removed and unfortunately he had some staining due to improper brushing. Dr Kelly McCracken from Amazing Smiles recommended a fairly new technique called Icon Treatment to remove the stains. Dr Kelly personally performed the treatment which was quick and easy. My sons teeth look amazing! The Icon Treatment was exactly what he needed to make his teeth look nice and white. Thank you so much to Dr Kelly and her incredible staff at Amazing Smiles. If you want a dentists office that is family oriented and really cares, then Amazing Smiles is the place for you!

I have been around for a while (meaning I'm in my 60s), so have had opportunity to visit more than a few dental offices. Amazing Smiles office and Dr McCracken is the best of those that I've ever been treated by.

Gina got me in within 3 hours of calling (emergency dental referral as my regular was unavailable) and took the time to assist me with my paperwork with a smile! Although this was my very 1st visit I feel the staff and Dr. McCracken were very pleasant and professional in explaining every step that will be performed. They have given me a boost of confidence after my experiences with other dental providers. I’m confident I’ve made the right decision choosing them (Amazing Smile) as my dental provider. My experience with the team and Dr. Kelly was exceptional. I would trust and refer any of my friends needing dental treatment to this group. The team greeted me as I walked into the bright and clean waiting area. My appointment time was prompt and efficient. The hygienist was empathetic and kind when taking X-rays. Dr. Kelly and her assistant were caring and informative. She has an eye for perfection and the thoughtfulness of her care is exceptional. Dr. Kelly is knowledgeable, fun and worthy of all patients who step into her dental home.

MAJOR EDIT 12/12/2023: I had an emergency dental situation that required I go to a different dentist called Love To Smile in Overland Park. Turns out I needed an extraction and implant, which Love To Smile quoted me at $8,000!! I decided to check with Dr. McCracken first. She not only suggested this should be done by an oral surgeon, not a general dentist like Love To Smile was going to use, but my new overall total between Amazing Smiles and the oral surgeon they referred me to is only $1,200! Now, my metlife insurance is pretty phenomenal, so experience may vary depending on coverage, but its clear Love To Smile was WAY overcharging and Amazing Smiles' incredible team have once again not only provided unparalleled service, but saved me a LOT of money!

Original Post: Been going here since I moved back to KC. The office is clean, organized, and professional, but still has that sense of warmth and familiarity you'd expect from a local practice. Both the office staff and hygienists are friendly and knowledgeable, and Dr. McCracken is not only one of the top practitioners in the Greater Kansas City area, but a phenomenal communicator willing to assist her patients with exploring options and understanding procedures. I've been to dental offices across the country and this is, hands down, the best I've had the pleasure of working with.

I have never felt so comfortable at a dentist in my life, the docter who cleaned my teeth was super nice and accommodating!

I am very satisfied with the service I received at Amazing Smiles of KC. I chipped my previous dental bonding that I’ve had for years and did a Google search to find the best place to repair it. I read reviews on this office so decided to go here. This was a front tooth chip so appearance definitely mattered to me. First, I feel like the staff was very friendly. Dr. McCracken made sure I was completely satisfied with my tooth repair which I am. I can tell she takes her work very seriously. This bonding looks a lot better than the one I previously had that I had gotten at another dental office. I am very satisfied at how she matched this to blend in with my natural tooth. Everyone here was just so nice and made me feel welcome.
