Every experience I have had with the Chevy dealership Cable Dahmer has been great. From the very first, when I call or walk in I will see James Fager at the front desk and he’s always got a small on his face and willing to help me. If there’s ever a problem With my vehicle, he gives me the best advice possible for the for the most reasonable price that can be done. Very willing to work with us and Dawson was awesome! He was very patient as we tried to decide between two different options and took several test drives. We were never pressured and when we found what we were looking for, he assisted with helping us finish the process. Would purchase through here again.

After searching months on end for a vehicle and having zero luck with several dealers, I happened to run into Gage at Cable Dahmer. My husband Lawrence and I had such a great experience at Cable Dahmer of Topeka car dealership with Ryan, Gage, John and Chris.
We had an appointment with Gage. When we arrived he was taking care of another customer. In the meantime while we waited for Gage to finish with his previous customer, Ryan, John and Chris came and introduced themselves to us! They were very attentive and polite! Chris asked, if we were looking for a particular vehicle. We told him, and he asked John to pull that car out for us to test drive it. We were offered any car of our choice to test drive while we waited for Gage!
Finally, we met with Gage (before meeting with Gage, Ryan took us into his office and started the paperwork after we decided which vehicle we wanted).
Gage and the team worked with us until we were comfortable with a price we could fit into our budget! We drove off the lot with a 2024 GMC Terrain with only 7 miles on it! When you are ready to purchase a vehicle, please go see Gage or one of the other guys. They all work together!

I took my new truck in for its first service that I had appointment for. I dropped the truck off just after 7 for an oil change and tire rotation. I was informed that there was a recall. The service rep said it would take about an hour for the oil change and tire rotation and another hour for the recall. I called to check on my truck around 11 and no work had even been started. I called again around 2 and no service had been started. I finally received a text message that my truck was ready after 4. After arriving to get my truck the oil change and tire rotation were done but the recall was not, with no explanation as to why.

Update: Ken from Cable Dahmer reached out and setup an appointment for the next day to get the recall completed. The truck was picked up and brought back within a couple hours. I really appreciate the resolution!! Thanks again
