Awesome customer service, literally one of the best companies I've bought from. I ordered a fitting and a tig torch and got an email within 24hrs saying they were getting the manufacturing company to ship the parts out since they were closer to my location so I'd receive it faster. They also confirmed the fitting I needed, which I thought was correct but I told I told her the machine it was for and she actually double checked with the manufacturer and her husband (Mr. Tig) and turned out I was wrong so she corrected the order and everything shows up in 2 days! I've watched lots of Mr. Tig videos on Youtube and decided to try his website and very glad I did, the service from Mrs. Tig was amazing and went above and beyond for things I didn't even know I needed. Thank you Mrs. and Mr. Tig!

I had a fraud purchase on my credit card this company and I was not able to get a hold of right away, but they did call me back as soon as they got my message and cancelled the order and was willing to help right away! Thank you!
