I love the PQ Mart, their prices are reasonable and their stock is always full but the woman Barbra was very rude to me when I came in to ask a few questions. I like the Trojan Mart but that woman is always rude.

Unfortunately, I had a less-than-pleasant encounter with the rude lady at the counter. She seemed to be rude to everyone who came in, including myself. It made the overall experience quite unpleasant. Hopefully, the store management can address this issue and improve the customer service.

Ever since the owner from Seligman purchased both locations in Washburn they have absolutely gone down hill! If they are out of so ething they always suggest a drive to Ruby's in Seligman, I will drive to Cassville to Fast Trip Thanks.

Lame excuse that the bathrooms are clogged and the plumbing is messed up. You can't operate a business with the public without bathrooms. To say the bathrooms are out of order is an old excuse. I do not recommend this place. I read some of the other reviews. I don't see how this place stays in business. Had about 6 cars in a car club pull in. I told them the situation on the bathrooms and the people got in their cars and left. I saw them at a different store down the road. I give a -10.

Few lazy workers will tell you the kitchen is closed early. Hard to get a pizza after 6 30
