Quality Inn I-70 at Wanamaker

Awesome service and they're pet friendly!!! Stayed and they were quiet and spacious. The pool room is awesome. Breakfast was really good! I wasn't expecting such a great value but they pulled out all the stops.

Very clean place. The front desk clerk, Cathy, was AMAZING! Very helpful and accommodating. Her customer service skills alone would guarantee we'll stay here again.

I would like to thank Britney, for being understanding and getting us into our room when we arrived early. Marchello had a inviting smile that made you feel comfortable and went above and beyond to see to it we(as well as the other guests) had a comfortable, clean and quiet stay. He just had that southern hospitality that let you know if you needed anything he was your guy. When needing to change rooms due to work hours the front desk associate Adrianna was quick and courteous in helping us find a room that fit our needs. She personally showed me a couple rooms to pick from and made sure that we were situated and comfortable in the room we requested and even when I was being a little picky, she remained patient and saw to it we were happy before returning to her other tasks. The rooms were completely stocked with fresh towels and pillows and personal notes from the housekeeping staff that made our experience feel even more personal. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable room with fantastic breakfast options and some nice leisure time by the sparkling pool or the relaxing hot tub!

We stayed here on vacation. The room was nice and quite. Nice and roomy. The only concern we had is that our room was never cleaned during our whole stay.
We had to take our own trash out and our laundry down to the front desk.

I absolutely love this hotel and so do my kids. The family suite is huge and nice. The indoor pool is always so much fun and never too packed. Breakfast is always well stocked and delicious. I did have a issue with payment one time and please take heed to this warning…. Do not do not make reservations directly on the choice hotels website. I did that due to a work discount and I input my card and they even took my payment or it appeared that was (it was a temp hold that was released way before I stayed) and come to find out they actually make you pay at check out so I thought my payment was taken on choice hotels but no I was surprised when the front desk started blowing up my room phone freaking out about payment. Well I didn’t have it bc I thought I paid it already so I had to borrow money from family.. no telling what would of happened if I didn’t come up with the money. For now on will book on Expedia and pay ahead per usual. Otherwise excellent hotel for families on a budget.

Stumbled off the freeway and found this little gem. Actually, used my app, Hotel Tonight, to find it just as I got my exit. Nice clean room, spacious, well appointed for a bargain price. Delightful young lady at the front desk was so patient while this old man talked her ear off. I did not catch her name, completely my fault, for she deserves special recognition. Acted like a kid and went swimming and then soaked in the hot tub. Both spotlessly clean and heated! Just what this old man needed after a long drive. Trying to support my local small businesses as we get used to the new normal, Won't You Join Me?

Great staff! Lankin was amazing. We booked 4 rooms for family and she made sure we were all together and taken care of. She was a pleasure to work with. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean.

I first want to say my 5 stars is for the quality of the stay. If you are wanting a 5 star hotel that will give you all the bells and whistles of a fancy top notch resort then this is not your hotel. But if you are like me and want a hotel that is inexpensive, clean and a wonderful staff then this is your hotel. I don't give reviews very often but I could not let this hotel go without telling them they are worth every penny I spent with them on my vacation. The staff was very friendly and attentive to my questions. The pool was not heated and the manager went to check it himself. It was fine 30min. later. The front desk workers always had smiles and were great to work with. To put them over the top, we came through on our way to our vacation and stayed with them. During our rush to get on the road we left our 3 year old's blanket in the room (not good). We called the hotel and they said they would put it aside for us on our way back through. As it turned out we stayed with them on our way back. During check in, I asked about the blanket, it was sitting right behind the desk in a bag with our name on it. To make it even more special, the next morning the manager asked me as I was walking by if my son had gotten his blanket, wow, he remembered me and my son. I told him we got it the night before. So thank you staff for helping make our trip great. 5 star service means more then anything.

The hotel staff were amazing and friendly and were courteous and respectful, especially Shelley. She had my room waiting on me when I arrived and really made me feel like a diamond guest for the duration of my stay. Will definitely choose this hotel again when I'm in Topeka KS again. There was truck parking and the pool was small but very nice if you like heated pools then this is your choice for hot pool and hot tub. Its like a big hot springs pool. Shelley even helped me with my hair!!!!!

We didn't have a reservation but they got us into a room that would accommodate us and our dogs. The lady at the front desk even offered a room close to the stairs for convenience of taking the dogs out. All the staff was friendly. The room was clean. The beds were comfy. Not much to the breakfast, pre-packaged donuts and cereal. But I'm sure that's COVID related.

We stayed there last night with two dogs, a cat and a two year old and had a very nice experience. The staff was very nice and nothing but smiles. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely return.

Update......i stayed here for 5 days. At the time the staff was doable. HOWEVER when I went back attempting to book a room for 3more days the owner a lady who is on a WORK visa was emtremely RUDE. SHE HAD HER FAMILY AT HOME CALL the people for no reason. I had s lot of belongings and i had been 🚶. I told the lady working the front desk (the owner) as soon as I caught my breath I would come swipe my card! She said we don't need anything from YOU HERE.. How could an American based hotel chain allow a Franchise like this Lady. She told me the lobby wasnt just opened to ANYONE.

I will never stay there or at any quality inns in my life. How do you treat HARD-Working Citizens like that?? It's in the Lord's hands 🙏

The washer and dryer were not working tonight on our floor so the staff offered to wash our laundry themselves and then they folded it for us! That's five star service right there. The hotel is clean and well kept. I will return.

We recently stopped at the Quality Inn on our way down I-70 on vacation with our 2 small children. The kids were so excited about the room and told us repeatedly how everything was new. I don't know how new everything really was, but it was a fairly nice, clean, smell free experience. The kids were also psyched about the heated pool. We'll definitely stay again if we're looking for a place to crash in Tacoma.

Never stay here house cleaning had hair in tub, toilet kept backing up, breakfast taste bland, and mexican housekeeping is very rude they just look at you like we supossed to understand spanish. And pool is nasty i mean nasty i will be notifying the health dept today

Showed up after traveling from Las Vegas along 70 east. Late Mrs Angela was very awesome an nice to my husband an I at check in. Next morning. The young man working can not remover his name but it was macinio or sum thing like that . He also started a hot breakfast was very nice an I even left my purse an no one stole it . This place was 👍 thanks guys

Wonderful overnight stay. Receptionist was very nice and friendly. Very professional.We didn't get her name,though! We will stay there again. The biscuits and gravy were good also.
