The sales associates were so helpful at the counter. They took time to look online for me and explain in-store vs online sales. They were super informative. They went above! Great service thank you!

The customer service was excellent. I bought some items online and went to the store to exchange and return some items. The sales clerks were friendly and helpful. I left with a $50 coupon!

Folks here are very friendly, helpful and kind. They helped me find the shoe size i was looking for and recommended me shirts and pants that I was looking for. Seems obvious for a clothing store, but nowadays, there are many places that expects you to find stuff yourself and this Banana Republic factory was not one of them. The other thing I like about this store is the space. It's large and is not cramped up like other factory stores

Banana Republic is a classy store, with prices to match. However, if you're willing to shell out the money, (which doesn't necessarily have to be a lot, especially during a sale) then it is well worth the visit. Friendly and genuinely helpful employees, and truly good looking clothes.
