Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Kansas City at Village West, KS

Wonderful clean room. Was there in business. Was placed in a suite. Breakfast had lots of options but I don't eat many carbs. I wanted sausage ornbackn with eggs. But chose yogurt with packaged oatmeal.

The front desk girl was extremely nice. Pool was clean and the rooms were comfortable. Right next to the legends outlet mall

Love the location as we came to KC for the Enchant Christmas light display. Saved us $10 on parking, not to mention travel expenses to the venue as it's right next door. Room was super clean, like emaculate. Water pressure was best we have ever had at a hotel. Front deskstaff was helpful and friendly. We had such a good stay and highly recommend them! Just as heads up the smoking fee is $200 bucks! Not a negative just wanted to warn others

It's a great hotel with nice rooms. The breakfast is good. My only complaint is the layout of the area. It's very hard to say anything is walkable.

Have stayed at this location twice before & always received excellent customer service. Except this time, there’s a new front desk clerk. Her name is Diamond. She is absolutely AMAZING!!!! Our whole family loved her. She has given us the best customer service I have encountered in all my 34 years of life. Watched her encounter with a few other guest too and I mean she is truly excellent. Anytime we come back into town we will definitely be staying here again to see her!! You guys hit the jackpot with your new employee !! Aside from that rooms are great, breakfast is hot, pool and jacuzzi are open til midnight and 10pm for kids which makes it even better. Overall our experience here was great and we will definitely be staying again

We enjoyed our stay at Country Inn & Suites.
The staff were friendly, room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
Our family was visiting Enchant and it was sooo close, loved that we could just walk over.
We'll be back!

Staff here has always been very accommodating and very friendly. The manager has a great team.
Seems like every time I am here hot tub is broken, this time for last month. TV's are nice however only a digital receiver and no TV guide for all channels. Makes it impossible to choose something to watch, and tune it in.

We absolutely love the lady at the front desk. Upon check in she was super nice. Every morning she greeted us and asked if we needed anything. It’s a little dated and pool and hot tub were a little cold, but everyone we encountered who worked there was so nice. Breakfast was great, shopping and food close. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I celebrated her birthday by staying here at this hotel we were met with exceptional service. I would personally like to think Royce and Julian for an outstanding job of being polite friendly and doing everything they could to make this day exceptional. I only can post five however you deserve 1 million stars. We look forward to coming here again which will be soon thank you

We stayed Aug. 10th for one night, had a suite. VERY clean, ALL staff (night and afternoon) were awesome! this IS the best hotel we have been in in the last 4 years from Days Inn to Holidays Inn to Super 8s (Hahahaha)... the ONLY issue is the elevator sounds like it needs greased.

The staff here is great. When we first arrived our room temp was set at 90 degrees we went down to let the staff know and we had a new room within minutes. All the staff was very friendly and helpful rooms were very nice and the location is great hats off to everyone who works here great job.

We got a suite with a whirlpool tub and a king size bed. The room was clean, comfortable, large, and welcoming. We loved it. The only complaint I'd have is that the jets in the tub didn't really line up with where your back should be.. but of course that's a minor complaint. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in town! It's conveniently located near a lot of restaurants and shopping and close enough to the downtown area of the city to enjoy it but far enough away to be out of the hustle.

UPDATE: Stayed 08/2022 and the hotel is a little more worn from use, but we've had an excellent stay despite more evidence of being used. We will definitely be back!

Hotel Staff was great from the initial call to discuss setting up group block through our entire stay. They were all friendly, quick to respond, and accommodating. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was more than sufficient (grab and go with cold options and microwavable breakfast sandwich) and made available early enough to accommodate our early morning. Very pleased with our experience.

Reasonable rates. Staff is extremely friendly. Rooms are very clean. Amenities are nice. Slept very well. Didn’t hear any noise. We will be back. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by. 10 out of 10

Stayed here a couple of nights while we had work done at our house. The hotel was quiet and clean. The staff were great. Breakfast was good with mostly items you could grab and go, except you could still make waffles. You can sit in the dining room.

I would give the staff 100 stars!! Tyler, Brie, Royse & Patrick (& everyone that I didn't learn their names) were so wonderful! The rooms were clean too lol

Our stay at this hotel was great. The room was clean and nice. We got there late and Rocky was very nice and helpful at getting us checked in. The pool and hot tub was clean also. We enjoyed the breakfast the next morning. I also liked the complimentary hot cocoa, coffee, and cookies any time we wanted. We definitely will be staying there again when in Kansas City.

Stayed here to attend the Nascar playoff race that was taking place right across the street. Hotel was very convenient as we were able to walk to the speedway and avoid the parking and traffic nightmare of the parking lot. Staff was extremely helpful and very friendly upon arrival and departure. When checking out there was an issue with the computer system. The front desk clerk took my email and phone number to make sure I could get a receipt that I had requested. Thank you for a great weekend stay!
