Buffalo Bill Cody Park

Nice playground equipment, cool little bridge but it's not stroller friendly... Also there's a cute little creek that runs around the park.
There's tennis courts, a baseball field, and paved walking trails that go way back to the creek. There's parking on both sides and restrooms by the tennis courts.

New Park conversion I think my kids love ❤ it.... It is in the middle of the town, so seeing it driving down our main street makes you want to stop and let the kids play as It's a beautiful park!

Very pretty area. Ended up here accidentally but it was beautiful! I was immediately drawn to the beautiful flowers beside the tennis courts. Once I read the dedication signs, I was touched. Very classy, Leavenworth, Kansas!

The trail in the back is the best part. Been goin to this park for years. South Leavenworth. Really shows Kansas off in a natural beautiful relaxing way. Lots of shade and lots of play time! Dear military residents... this is one u want to check out. Trail in the back for exercise Alain. Tennis baseball and other courts for playing! Lovely site

I have always loves this park since I was a little girl. When I took my son there yesterday with my parents and bf, I took him on a stroll down memory lane and told him about how his father and I use to hang out there with our friends when we were younger. I miss the zipline but the park only progresses as time goes by.

Nice park for kids. Tennis courts and handball courts. Softball field. The grounds are adequately maintained.

Had a blast here. Bathrooms were crazy dirty though. Full of bugs. I mean it's to be expected at a public park but it was kinda creepy. Toilets were gross. I wish people would take better care of public restrooms. The park itself though is super fun. Big parking lot. It has benches that are shaded if you wanna sit down. Lots of trees around.

Family friendly and plenty for the kids to do.

Nice park, clean and well kept by the city. Even with all of the rain that we have head they have done a great job keeping everything mowed and looking great.

Great for younger kiddos, too! New playground equipment and the shelter was nice and clean with plent of tables for sitting. I would suggest bringing your own grill if you have lots of food though. The one on site is pretty tiny.

I have been coming to this park since I was a little kid and I take my kids to this park because of the fond memories I have as a child there is a lot for a kid to do here. Not only kids but an active adult can share some good times here as well and I'm sure the memories will continue to be made from generation to generation as I know my grandchildren will come here as well.

A great park to go and visit.

Best park I have been to in a long time. Has a plenty of walking paths that have markers to keep track of mileage. Nature and wildlife abound. Lighted ballfield with a weekly league (mixed softball) that is always entertaining. Great playground for children and free of drama that plague other parks in the area, which is a major plus, PLUS!!!

Bill Cody Park has a nice pavilion to enjoy if you are wanting to have a get together. A nice play area for children. Tennis courts, a baseball field, and a little walking trail. Alot of big trees brings shade for the hot weather so you can still enjoy the outdoors and not have the sun beating down on you like your out in the desert like most of the parks around.

Quiet little park with small walking trail, kids playground, tennis court and I believe it's a court used to play racket ball (don't quote me on the last one). We take our dog with us on walks there.

Wonderfully built park. The equipment is new and well maintained. It also has a baseball diamond and a tacketball and tennis court. It also has a gazeebo that could hole about 30 people.
