Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Topeka West, KS

I can't decide which was better - the shower or real plates and silverware! The shower was hot and the pressure was amazing! The towels were large and nice! It was a pleasure to eat a waffle without fear that the fork would break or that I would poke a hole in the plate! Our room was also clean and comfortable, but we expected that!

Right off the freeway and parking for our u-haul. The room was amazing! The bed as comfortable. The pool was nice to relax. Their breakfast is 1 of the best I've had at a hotel! Service was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay.

For a dog friendly place to stay while traveling across the country this is perfect. No carpet in the room!! Great price and great customer service at check in.

Location and rooms were excellent. The front desk was very friendly and the Continental breakfast was good.

Stayed here 1 night and, especially for the price ($94 total), very happy with it!
If I get breakfast at a hotel, I usually grab what I want then run back to my room to eat it like a rat. But Pam (the lady who makes & runs breakfast) created such a nice atmosphere that I stayed in the breakfast area. Eggs were definitely made with a higher quality than other comparable hotels.
Bedding was clean, soft and fluffy. Bathroom was clean and spacious.
No bad smells in the room either.
Only thing is that the toilet paper holder is in quite an awkward place to reach behind you while you're sittin 😅
Will stay again!

stayed here with abe and we went to hooters to eat 😋 😒 abe tried to dance on the bar the hooters bartender had to ask him to get down ..... he was not drinking at this time btw

The stay was quiet, the stuff member on duty he was kind and patient; although we came in late with three very grumpy little people throwing their fits. He helped with the paperwork that needed to be signed, was quick to get us settled in to allow the littles to settle. The pool is being worked on; The room was clean, fresh bedding. Over all I give it 5 stars! Thank you guys!

I didn't realize all the spots on the carpet but most people with children and pets would be fine with clean sheets and a clean bathroom anyway. If you was paying $145 or more a night then yes be immaculate but a place that every staff member has a smile and is courteous that also is pet friendly and has a pool and hot tub that stays open till midnight then has a great breakfast hot or cold the following morning saving having not to buy one meal a day for your family and is nearly half the price of the rate listed above we'll take it.

Staying here for my brother's wedding. We have 4 kids and the suite we are in has plenty of room! Breakfast was great. PAM was a complete joy to have around at breakfast! She has a great attitude, was helpful with the food selection, and it really made our day chatting with her to start off our day!

The room was clean and spacious. Check-in was super quick and the front desk girl was pleasant and friendly. I had a friend stop by and the front desk guy wouldn’t give him my room number, which I actually really appreciate. The employee went to my room and told me directly that someone was asking what room I was in. That is exactly what is supposed to be done in that particular situation. Country Inn clearly values the privacy of their guests, and I wanted to thank them for doing the right thing. Thank you! This is a great place to stay in Topeka!

Good clean hotel big rooms with separate living room.

Comfortable clean rooms! Tasty hot breakfast with a variety of good food. Super nice front desk staff. Awesome pool & hot tub that our kids LOVED even though the pool heater wasn't working & the pool water was cold. We would use this motel again, for sure! The only problem was our wifi didn't work & the lady at the front desk tried to help, but it never did work then.

Our receptionist was so kind and made our check in very smooth. The bed was comfortable and room was spotless. The room was also much bigger than expected with a door that separates the king bed from the sleeper sofa. My kids enjoyed having their own space very much. The hotel was nice and quiet as well.

The only very minor cons I could see was 1 of the 2 TVs did not work. We didn't bother asking to fix it as we were just settling in for the night anyway. The door as described above was very hard to open and shut and could use some WD40 :)
And the clock on the night stand wasn't correct-but who cares. We use our phones for everything these days anyway. None of these things were worth giving less stars and we very much enjoyed our stay. We have stayed at 2 other hotels in the area in years passed and we will never go anywhere else but here going forward.

Nice new facility very convenient to the highways . Comfortable beds and room .

We called 2 hours before our arrival into Topeka, & the gal who answered our call & made our reservations was wonderful. We rolled in at 12:00am, weary travelers, greeted by a gentleman, shame on me for not getting his name, who was amazingly funny as well as kind. The king suite was perfect for our crew. Rooms was clean & comfy. We went to eat breakfast, to be greeted by our friendly night time front desk fella. Still a smile, great personality, & working assisting kitchen staff, I was amazed at his pleasant working nature knowing he had worked all night. We had a great hot breakfast that suited all. I would highly recommend staying here & especially for the late night, early morning travelers. We felt safe & secure. The overnight fella was wonderful!

Right off I-70. Night manager was nice & welcoming. Room was clean. Pool looked clean & did not smell strongly of chlorine despite being in the middle of the building. Shower pressure was awesome! Soaps were nice & did not dry out my sensitive skin. Lots of clean towels. Fridge & microwave in the room. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was well stocked, hot breakfast & waffle maker; coffee was good but the carafe was not very efficient. Would recommend!

The staff were amazing -so friendly and helpful. Very welcoming and friendly at check in.
Room was very clean, beds comfortable. I had two rooms - one with two queens and one bedroom suite - very pleased with the room as well as the price
Pool was warm and awesome. Kids had a wonderful time
Breakfast was great too - I am not usually a fan of hotel breakfast but they had french toast and eggs which tasted fresh.
I would highly recommend this hotel. Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable beds - plus the price is reasonable.

Best place to stay in Topeka Kansas! Close to food and stores, including Walmart.
We love the hot tub and pool design. Best place to go and chill.
Most staff here is pretty nice, we haven't experienced anything uncomfortable or bad with the staff other than the late night guy with the pony tail. He was really creepy and made me feel uncomfortable.
Other than that it's an excellent place to stay!
We'll always use this spot when we come here to visit the capital city of Kansas!

This is a great place: well run; excellent rates; super-friendly and helpful staff. The pool is just big enough to swim laps if nobody else is there. The breakfasts are quite good. There's round-the-clock coffee and cookies. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The microwave and fridge worked well. The close proximity to the interstate is a plus in terms of convenience but a slight drawback in terms of noise, depending on the room (but nothing that the fan or ear plugs can't cure!) I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Great customer service from the front desk room was good Disappointed in the breakfast buffets all 3 days we were there we had to wait 15 to 20 minutes because there was no food. I do know the 1st day we were there the young man at the front desk was Taking care of the housekeeping front desk and breakfast buffet He was very engaging had a great conversation with my husband.
