There are not enough stars here. All I can say is they go far and beyond to help their customers. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is amazing. We have stayed there several times and we really appreciate the kindness that they show to us each, and every time we come down. They always make us feel welcomed.
If I could give this hotel a million stars, I would do it i would also like to take the time to thank each. And every staff member for making this the most amazing hotel. Keep up the good work and again. Thank you for the wonderful stays. And we look forward to continuing. Being an awesome customer with you guys a special Thank you to the Housekeepers that clean the rooms they do a awesome job 😀

Great staff. Very clean hotel staff were constantly clean breakfast room and lobby everyday. Near every kind of food you want.

Reserved a king suite 3 hours before checking in, the process was easy staff was wonderful and the rooms were very nice and clean.! Was very easy to get to from the highway Pamela in the morning was absolutely wonderful and I will definitely stay here in the future!

The room was neat clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Breakfast is a small buffet type and was better than what I had experienced in past stays in various other brands or chains.

The pool is warm and simply nice.
My kids sleep really good.
And very much consider to stay here again on our next trip.

After 8 hours of driving, I discovered the pet friendly hotel reservation I had made no longer accepted pets. That clerk recommended two hotels, and said that this Comfort Inn was the better choice. She was right! Kaetlyn was working that night, and she quickly set us up with a great room. My pets weren't a problem, and Katelyn made sure we had everything we needed. A good receptionist makes all the difference for a successful hotel. Kaetlyn is a very good receptionist and I appreciate the difference she made.

My job booked us a hotel to work in Topeka for a few days and the hotel really was beautiful and everything you could want in a hotel. My only complaint would be when my boss called, he asked if there was a pool and complimentary breakfast and they said yes and yes. He booked it for that day and we got there and apparently they just painted the walls of the pool or something so it wasn't going to be open until the day after we left. I just wish they could have told him that when he called, but oh well. It was still a good time and a beautiful hotel! I also wish it had more floors for a really nice view but no big deal lol. The rooms were beautiful and the service was great!

I stay here everywhere for work ,my rooms always ready and clean the employees are super helpful and nice, super accommodating with pets!

I was very happy staying at the Comfort Suite , i booked at another hotel where my school was paying for the room, It was not clean or nice, and i left and came over with my travel points, I should have stayed at the comfort to begin with, no weird smells, with the humm of the unit i slept like a baby, i felt significantly safer here than at the woodsprings, ill never step in that place again, Thank you Comfort Inn for your hospitality, and restful hotels. Clean peaceful experience.

Place was easy to get in and out of, staff was nice and room was clean.
Microwave turn table was broken and the coffee maker was missing a piece.
The bed was hard but was able to get some sleep.
The breakfast in the morning was great. Made you feel like you were at home.
Would stay again.

Rooms were very nice. We had a sofa and upholstered chair in addition to the usual desk and dresser. Refrigerator and bathroom were spotless. Nice breakfast.
Lakin at the desk was very helpful and answered all our questions on the phone. She showed us where to park our truck and trailer. They have a deal with the restaurant across the street to park large vehicles overnight. If you have a big vehicle, don't pull up to the office unless you are very skilled at backing up. You do have to tell the person at the desk you have a large vehicle so they can show you where the restaurant allows the vehicle.

We got in about 7 pm there was an issue with the room. More other patrons than anything else. But the manager Larkin took great care of us and was able to move us to a even better room right away. We'll be staying here again next year. We were told they're going to update inside and out. Great breakfast too!

The front desk people were very nice and helpful. The rooms are amazing. I had a good night's rest without any loud noises or running screaming kids. They even gave me two complementary bottles of water. The parking is a bit scarce if you have a trailer or an RV. Make sure to call ahead of time if you do. It's all so located right off the highway.

The staff here is amazing! I’ve never been to a friendlier hotel. We travel for softball and keep coming back here just for the staff! Customer service is lacking in general around the world, but not here, best customer service award goes to the Comfort Inn staff in Topeka. They made sure our girls had a hot breakfast before their game even though it was before breakfast hours, offered to wash uniforms, and made us feel like family!

Very friendly staff, our car battery died overnight and they helped us jump it to get us back on the road! Above and beyond!

Rooms very clean and breakfast was great

Only problem here is the maintenance person. He needs to be fired. He does nothing apparently so why do you pay him. The front desk ladies shouldn’t be the ones setting the handles on the showers so we have hot water in there. I have no tolerance for lazy employees.

Friendly staff, fairly comfortable bed, clean room. Can't ask for much more than that. They have breakfast at 6, but my business trip has me at work by 530 so couldn't enjoy it. They had coffee, yogurt and a few pastries at 5am though

My husband stays here weekly for work. It is always clean and the workers go above to help you. Recently my husband was hospitalized and I stayed at hotel, in the morning I had two cards from the staff for my husband.
This type of compassion for their customers speaks volumes!! Thank you Comfort Inn for making us feel like family!
