Everything was amazing. Great room comfy bed. So many USB ports and plugs awesome. Staff was professional and friendly. Breakfast! Waffle maker yay. Perfect location for price and value. Thank you so much! Would stay again.

Cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. The staff has all been amazing and super helpful and always available to help and went above and beyond for me during my stay and the rooms are very clean and bed is super comfortable.

What a wonderful group of hotel staff! The several hotel staff members we encountered during our stay were so friendly and accommodating. The beds were comfy, the breakfast hot and yummy, no disturbances, and overall just a great experience. I would suggest a better vacuum job (sry) but overall this place was beyond what you expect from a motel. If you’re looking for an affordable and comfortable place to lay your head and take a hot shower on your travels in Topeka, look no further. The Baymont is where it’s at.

The first room I was given did not have a working heater, so I was given another room. The second room had no stopper for the tub, but I used a spare plastic bag scrunched up to plug the drain for taking a bath! Worked great!

I have stayed at the one in Louisiana, but this one is nice and clean, very comfortable. In my room the shower was nice and clean, there was a refrigerator, microwave, and coffeemaker too. The bed was firm and the sheets were crisp and smelled like they were freshly laundered. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and welcomed me with a smile. It is located in a nice area with shopping and plenty of dining too. I'd recommend this place when you come into town.

Our room was great! Breakfast choices were vast- hot and cold. Our room was completely renovated with appointments and aesthetics I would expect to see in a new 3 star hotel. Pool was not open, but didn't matter for our trip. Side note, our tv was huge and I loved that it was somewhat higher-mounted on the wall. Staff were pretty good, always eager to help

The new look is great. As I've stayed at this location in the past and it did need some updating it was kind of outdated before. Now the rooms look great the bed was comfortable the lobby is really nice. I will definitely be staying at this location in the future again. The staff was accommodating as we had an issue with the cold water and they fixed it. I recommend this hotel for your stay whether it be for one night or more you will enjoy this hotel.

I stay at this hotel every time I come to Topeka and the staff always goes above & beyond to accommodate my needs! Very clean & Very friendly atmosphere!!! Highly recommend to anybody needing a place to stay while in Topeka! Thanks for everything!!

This is my 2nd stay and wish I would have chose to stay earlier in the beginning of my traveling. Michelle is always so polite when I'm needing to do a stay over. It's always nice to see a smiling face greet you. The employees in general make it a welcoming atmosphere. Everything I like in a hotel, this hotel provides. My do not disturb sign is on the door, I'm left alone. No maid service, no bothering from anyone. That is my biggest pet peeve in all other hotels. There is always someone at the desk. Always accommodating when I do actually need something. Never questions asked. The rooms are always so clean. The set up is perfect for a home away from home feeling as well as for business when I need to pull out my office work with adequate space. And a full breakfast that I can actually get full off of! I think you guys are doing a great job at running the establishment! I recommend staying here if you get the opportunity! Keep up the great work!

No complaints, I got my monies worth with a clean room that appeared to be recently updated. The bedding was comfortable, & the front desk staff were friendly. I would definitely stay at this location again. Or perhaps another location if ever my travels take me near another Baymont.

The service here was fantastic, the room and breakfast were great and exactly what you’d expect at this price point very clean and efficient. Even if the room and such had been subpar I would stay again based on service alone. 10/10 would recommend

Breakfast is the best as far as hotel breakfasts go. Fresh waffles you can make yourself, fresh fruit, juice, biscuits and gravy, cereal, sausage, eggs etc and I know I'm forgetting some things. Honestly makes the stay worth it, rooms were basic but clean. Would stay again.

I stayed here for 5 nights with my family. The staff are amazing and the rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was good also. Michelle, the front desk worker is amazing. Her friendliness makes it worth coming back. We will stay here again in the future. Thank you for your hospitality

I currently stayed 5 nights at the Baymont Inn in Topeka on Ashworth Place. The staff was Amazing they were extremely helpful the whole time. The hot breakfast in the morning was AMAZING!!! I have stayed a few places in Topeka and this place is hands down the best! The rooms are so clean all the amenities with the pool the breakfast the close availability to shopping and restaurants!!!Heather the manager was so nice and made our stay feel like we never left home. I definitely recommend this place!!

Check in was quick & easy just like my ex. Front desk girl was helpful and showed me a map of where amenities and my room are. Everything was clean and worked as it should. Breakfast was hot and everything WAS stocked (before pictured) They had a decent selection

This is an older building which has been used and abused. At the same time, it is clear that the building is being actively remodeled to a new contemporary look. My room was small, but the space was used in a very effective fashion. It was clean and enjoyable. I can easily see myself returning.
