Fairfield Inn by Marriott Topeka

The staff did an excellent job of taking care of us. We left an important medical item in the room after checkout and they did not rest until they made sure we were able to get that item back. I highly recommend this location!

Peaceful hotel with comfortable beds and a very clean friendly atmosphere. Far enough off the highway to make it quiet, cozy and safe - close enough to the highway for easy access.
John was the manager on duty when we were there and you couln't ask for a kinder, more accommodating man. When we told him we wanted to make an early start he made sure we had food and hot coffee available for us, over an hour earlier than usual. Can't express how much we appreciate him and the friendly lady getting breakfast prepared.
I would recommend this hotel for families or anybody who wants a nice quiet place to stay. Everything was very clean and the pool was absolutely pristine. Added to my favorites.

WOW! What a great little place. It's set in kind of an industrial area off the highway, but super clean, friendly -- (thank you, Lexi!) and sweet little touches. I got a welcome bag with snacks and water. And, a little bag of candy in my room. Great price for a very nice stop for traveling. Highly recommend!

Great for the price! Clean comfortable beds, nice staff and an ok serve yourself style breakfast for if you just need eat something and get on the road again. Hotel quality for motel price. Not a great window view or anything and I can’t speak on the area, but highly recommend if you’re just passing through.

Impressive- we’ve been on the road for 2 weeks and have learned the value of reading reviews. Came without reservations, was promptly checked i. By friendly staff. We received a gift bag of goodies and came up to on super clean room. Room is a little small but not a big deal.

Nothing fancy in terms of rooms. Just your typical room setup. Had a nice pool for kids to play in.

I have to give shout out to front desk. It was very good customer service from each I interacted with.

I called down on 2nd night for firmer pillows. He was like”um, firmer pillows?? I’m not sure?? You know what, let me go look and see what I can find for you”. About 5 mins later he was knocking on my door with 3 pillows for me. They were firmer than what I had, so I took 2 and thanked him for his help and time.

THAT is good customer service and those are the employees you need to take care of so they stay at your business.

A great place to spend the night during a road trip! The staff is incredibly friendly! While the hotel is a little dated, the beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. The hot breakfast was fantastic….so many little touches from berry compote, raspberry and chocolate sauce, fresh scones, quiche, and much more to make the start of the day a great one!

Stayed for a night during "the power outage of 2023" had a problem with our TV and a super helpful man came in and sorted it out quick! Very clean rooms reasonable rates. Highly recommend and will use again!

We had a very nice stay. But what I appreciate most is the generous care after we left our son's special blanket. They fed exed it back to us and didn’t even charge us. We are so grateful. Great customer care!

Nice place to stay in Topeka. Not far from Texas Roadhouse too.

My favorite part about this place was the staff and how kind, thoughtful, generous and personable they all were. Made the stay so worth it! The rooms were in pretty good shape and it was quiet. If you need to stop for a night I recommend this place.

This is a very nice place to stay. The desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. The housekeeping staff was accommodating. The building is in very good repair, and the decor is modern and inviting. There is no free breakfast, but there is a grill to order from, and drinks are available in the evening. I recommend this place. I was there on weeknights, and the clientele seemed almost all business travellers. Quiet and relaxing.

Always a fantastic experience. Great service from the front desk staff, to the housekeeping and maintenance staffers. We will be coming back here every time we visit the area.

The hotel is neat and very clean. The employees are very police and responsive. It makes them a pleasure to work with. It is a very pleasant stay. It is obvious that some guests smoke despite the no smoking policy. It is equally obvious that they clean up after it. The room was utterly smoke free. The cleaning odor lingers in the halls.

If you need something special, ask for Tracy. She has all the information you'll ever need. Very pleasant and fun to talk with. Great room, clean and well taken care of. Thank you Fairfield for a Great Employee! And for keeping us safe!

My guys travel out of town frequently, this week was no different. What was different was how helpful and amazing Tracy was with getting my guys all ready for their stay. Tracy went above and beyond making sure my guys were well taken care of. Thank you, TRACY!!! ROCKSTAR!

Nyrica was amazing. We had a football tournament in Topeka and really slammed the hotel. She was so patient, kind, and helpful with not only our request but with everyone I saw her help. The hotel was nice but her customer service is what really stood out to me and made the trip so much better.

Extremely friendly service! Food was good. Room tub can have extra attention. Somewhat dirty appearance.

Neat rooms and excellent service staff with a clean pool I stayed for an extra week just for the service.

Clean and well maintained rooms. They have a really good breakfast. The breakfast bar is kept clean and stocked. Security is enhanced with all exterrior doors being locked after 10pm requiring a card to get in or being buzzed in by the front desk. Conveniently located in the heart of the businesses on Wannamaker Road.
