The rooms here were amazing, nice little suite full kitchen. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We didn't have time to enjoy the pool or breakfast but all looked great. Would love to stay here again. Centrally located to pretty much everything.

I booked rooms for my Soldiers during a trip to our headquarters for battle assembly. Their desk staff and Sales rep were absolutely THE BEST. I appreciate their hospitality and patience SO MUCH. I'll never forget their kindness and consideration in dealing with our rooming/ roommate changes due to last minute changes and resulting billing changes. Their flexibility and customer service is UNMATCHED. Thankyou! We were very comfortable during our stay, the breakfast was wonderful and free! Just couldn't ask for anything better.....but for me, the logistics person, dealing with multiple no-shows= last minute changes to the room roster and so many other moving parts to the mission.....it was truly a GIFT & unexpected delight to work with a vendor who opted to work WITH us rather than penalize us. What a wonderful experience!

Stayed here for a wedding. The rooms were nice and clean, with a king room there were doors for more privacy. The couch pulled out to a bed, and there was a kitchenette and full-size refrigerator. The continental breakfast was one of the better I've had at hotels with a wide variety of food! The biscuits were soft, and the gravy was good.

Very clean room. Gentleman at the front desk was polite and helpful.

Honestly a great experience staying here. Rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were very relaxing and nice.

The things we saw in this hotel were spectacular! There was an amazing pool and hot tub all indoors a breakfast bar and by far the best part was the room! It had two separate bedrooms each with their own bathroom and so much room to spread out and relax it felt like a home away from home. If I'm ever in the area I will stay here again!

We had a great stopover here while driving on I 70. The rooms were clean, friendly staff, etc. this was an older residence inn, but great for the evening. The kids loved in indoor pool.

We were in town for my son's State Wrestling Tournament. The Residence Inn was very clean, quiet and gave us a very nice weekend. The King suite gave us the perfect place to rest our heads. The kitchen was great for having real food, and the bed was comfortable. We needed an extra blanket, so the front desk delivered it directly to our room. We would stay again!

Well-maintained, clean hotel in a location with easy access. I had an extended stay here (4 weeks), and was very comfortable the entire time. Everyone is super helpful and friendly, from housekeeping to front desk to management! The room was spacious and functional, the pet policy is generous, and other hotel amenities (food, pool, etc.) are just a bonus! A great place for a short stay, but also I can't recommend it more for longer stays. Thanks to everyone there for making our time at the Residence Inn Topeka pleasant and easy!

Stayed here for 2 weeks while I was in town working. It's in a great location of restaurants and stores for your every need. The rooms are nice with everything you need including an kitchen area with all your utensils, etc. They have free complimentary breakfast as well. I would definitely stay here again.

So my wife and I are in the process of selling our house and needed to be out of it for several hours for showings. Unfortunately, we had nowhere to go that we could also bring our pets. We did not need to spend the night but just the day. Leah (sp) was very helpful and cut us a deal knowing we would not be using everything. The room was great, clean and quiet. Thank you!!!

The staff here is absolutely fantastic. I can't begin to thank them enough for making our stay this weekend so wonderful. We live in a one bathroom home and it is being renovated to accommodate my recently handicapped husband. It took longer than expected and the staff helped keep us in the same room so we didn't have to move each day later. When we checked in they were kind enough to move the bed over so his wheelchair could get around without scuffing the walls. They helped with handicapped things we needed for the bathroom and happy to have his service animal. They helped make sure we were comfortable at the breakfast buffet they served this weekend. We highly recommend this company if you need a hotel. We had a great experience in town and will use them again when we travel.

When it comes to hotel picking it always seems to be a bit of Russian Roulette for me. I never know if the family will be appropriately accommodated. Well this trip proved to be one of the best night stays we have ever had. My boys, both with special needs, were welcomed and allowed to practice their independence with no stress of being different! My wife walked into the bedroom and said: "This is just like heaven!" I am grateful because everyone was finally able to relax. Everyone fell asleep early and did not wake saying the beds are the most comfortable of any hotel we have ever stayed in. My boys woke up and independently took their shower got dressed and went to breakfast. Breakfast was amazing and extremely filling. The area was clean and very comfortable. I wrote a friend and told him that this was even better than my own house. Thank you for being the best experience in a long time!

** Only negatives floor needs shampooed or replaced (having two under 2 on the floor that had some black tinge it left on feet and toys...also you can tell it was utilized by a pet of some sort) fan in bathroom super noisy when light was turned on - 1 star

Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was nice. I've never had brie for breakfast but I welcomed the change! The room was very home-y with the full kitchen. For some reason we couldn't change the volume on the TV but other than that it was a great stay! The beds were super comfy

John was super helpful & communicative when I called. Got me in a quiet room and really took care of me after I'd been through a bad experience before arriving. I'm still there and will have been there a week when I check out. Comfortable. Quiet. I'd definitely return. Oh, and good breakfast.

I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel. My wife, daughter and I stayed here for 6 months. When we left we felt like family. The staff cared for us so well throughout our time in Topeka. The hotel is extremely well run, the staff is professional and the rooms are clean.

I have stayed in many hotels for work over the last two and a half years and this one was BY FAR the best.
