SpringHill Suites by Marriott Topeka Southwest

It was my first time staying at a Spring Hill Suites hotel and my family loved it! The rooms were clean and spacious. The ac was quiet. The breakfast was amazing, even my wife who is picky loved it. The beds were really comfortable. I also have to say that Spring Hill's online check-in is super convenient. We were arriving very late and this allowed us to check in and not lose our room, and to let the hotel know what time we would arrive. Normally I wouldn't worry about losing our room but other hotel chains have done it. I'm super happy about the no pets policy. My wife has serious allergies to dogs and cats and it's very hard to find hotels she can stay at.

A must stay hotel! They are family friendly, and super helpful! We needed some housekeeping assistance and they came to the rescue. They were helpful and empathetic to traveling with toddlers. Honestly, I would go out of my way to stay at this hotel again. We will be back! Top-notch hotel and staff!

This hotel was sparkling clean, the room was lovely, and was above the typical hotel stay. The staff was very helpful and professional and the bed was comfortable. My only suggestions would be to have an ice machine on each floor and a waffle maker at breakfast. 😀

One of the better locations in Topeka. Only 5-6 minutes from the Tesla superchargers. Any hotel that allows you to actually cool the room to 67 gets at least four stars. Overall great location.

Trinity at the front desk is spectacular. She was so accommodating and has a great understanding of the law when it comes to service dogs. As someone who experiences night terrors from PTSD, I often have to explain my need for a dog at hotels that are not ‘pet’ friendly. One of their new GMs gave my partner some attitude about my service dog— please give Trinity that job.

Very friendly, competent staff. Rooms are generally well maintained, clean and well stocked. Internet is stable and decently fast. Breakfast is adequate, good and abundant, but is rather predictable. Not a problem except on longer or frequent stays. Easy access and well lit parking.

Big shout out to SpringHill Suites by Marriot. Our room was top of the line. The bed linens are clean and smell wonderful. Im not sure who Darci is but she cleaned our room and left a thank you note for choosing SpringHill. Well thank you Darci, we loved our stay here and will definitely return. The location was easy to find, and is located by the theater and so much more entertainment. If you come to Topeka, you must give this place a chance.

I had a great stay overall at this location. It looks like a new hotel (less than 2-3 yrs old) and within walking distance to 4 restraurants. The rooms were clean, the beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. The rooms also come with a desk area and a comfortable sofa with a pullout trundle for an extra bed. The gym is well equipped with 3 treadmills and 2 ellipticals along with a pulley weight machine and dumbbells. Breakfast has a ton of options and I was definitely not disappointed. My interactions with the staff were awesome. I don't have any complaints with this location. I would definitely recommend it if you're in town.

The design, feel, and layout are incredible!!! Very modern, clean and comfortable.

I got awkward vibes from the people working and they weren't quick to be friendly and helpful. Also the breakfast was disappointing. I was hoping for hot options like eggs and bacon/sausage or some. Instead it was prepackaged over-sweet waffles and freezer burritos. Hardly anything with protein (unless you count the tiny tubs of peanut butter).

All of that I can easily live with however, because it was a minor aspect of the trip. Still definitely worth staying here.

I was a guest here from March 25th and still here. Love the service and hospitality that I received. Jennifer was super helpful and patient with helping me with a problem. Abby was such a delight to be greeted in the mornings. Michelle was always attentive, always cheerful, helpful with breakfast and always went the extra mile. I was especially impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel. Housekeeping always made sure my room was clean and that I had clean linens. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Nice new hotel. The people there were very nice. They were still working out some of the new hotel issues but nothing major that they could not handle. We will make sure to return. The one issue we did have is they don't have a roll in shower with two beds. The King accessible room get the roll in shower. We were not informed of this until we arrived. The shower was great and the bathroom are large so not a big issue just wish they had let us know before since we asked several times. They went above and beyond to make our stay great.

Nice, clean room! The primary bed was very comfy, and my kids slept well on the daybed/trundle.

The breakfast was pretty basic, but I appreciated that they had some gluten-free cereal and gluten-free muffins for my family member who has celiac disease

This was a comfortable and quiet hotel. I really enjoyed my stay. I was there for a week and the observed the hotel lobby to always be clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. They serve breakfast in the morning with some minor changes from.day to day. This location is about 15 minutes from the downtown Topeka area and you are pretty close to the many amenities on the other side of the highway.

We made a reservation last minute, but everything was amazing. The room was clean and on a high floor. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We will return.

Best hotel in topeka, hands down. Very clean, comfortable beds, very friendly staff, great location, pool, hot breakfast is the best I've had at any hotel. Business computers, bar, vending, movie theater next door, plenty of food options right next to you.

I am staying here for work. The room is wonderful! I am of course, in a business suite, so I have almost an apartment here but I am loving it! A home away from home. I have a comfortable couch and bed. A refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. A nice bathroom. The facilities are nice. They have a gym and pool onsite as well as a laundry room and bar. Had a couple beers at the bar, the service was good and the bartender was friendly and helpful. Staff at the front desk are helpful and friendly and were more than happy to make recommendations.
