today i came in looking for skin care products and Dani was the absolute best at helping me find exactly what i needed. she was SO knowledgeable about the products and different brands :) i absolutely adore her professionalism and knowledge about the products!! #giveheraraise

I had the pleasure of being assisted by James during my recent visit. Not only does he rock some awesome nails, but his friendly and helpful attitude truly stood out. He went above and beyond to assist me with a coupon, making my experience top-notch. Kudos to James for making shopping a delight!

Crystal has been doing my eyebrows through Benefit Eyebrow Bar for over a year now. She is so patient and flexible with my schedule and my picky nature. I don’t let just anyone touch my eyebrows, she’s the only one. She’s professional, kind, and always does such amazing work! I never leave dissatisfied. She’s also very helpful with the Benefit product line, which is where I typically get all of my blush and highlights from. Thank you girly, you’re appreciated! 💕

I was just in Ulta, best experience Ever. One of the sales associates was super sweet and helpful. Kensley was very patient and helped me with all of my questions. I will only go when she is there to help me.

The haircut I was given looks nothing like the picture I brought in which was a picture of me with a good haircut—so it’s not a matter of my hair not being right for the style. I was unaware of what a terrible job had been done on the layers because the stylist flipped them all up. I was told it would also look good styled like the picture I brought. Nope

My husband and I went in to buy a bottle of Dior Sauvage and chasity was very knowledgeable and had amazing customer service! We ended up buying an Anastasia Beverly hills blush after chasity spent plenty of time walking us around and swatching many different brands and styles to ensure she helped me find the absolute best! Thank you so much we had a fantastic experience!

I walked into Ulta to buy some make-up products and as I was strolling through, one of the hairstylists came up and asked if I needed help with anything then gave me her business card and said I had beautiful hair that she would love to work with. As a girl with super long, thick, curly hair I am not used to that response. Yes it is beautiful, but it's a PAIN to work with and very time consuming. I was actually due for a haircut (I had recently recieved a bad haircut, that needed fixing) so I decided to give her a try because I appreciate the hardwork ethic. I asked if she had time for a cut and she said yes. She did a fantastic job and she even had time to blowdry and straighten it before her next appointment. I was very impressed with her. She was personable, nice, funny and gentle with my hair. I felt at ease explaining what I wanted and she was very receptive. I will definitely be going back to her. Her name is Yazmin and I would recommend her to anyone. Thanks Yazmin!! :)

I went in for a haircut and highlights. I told Jaiden what I wanted. She hit it right on. My hair is perfect!! I'm obsessed!! I couldn't be more happy with it. Seriously, I'm absolutely in love with it. I told her the length I wanted and layers. For the highlights, I got a full highlight. I told her I don't like chunky. I want thin highlights. She was so attentive all throughout the process. I recommend Jaiden to anyone! I will be returning to her for all my hair needs in the future.

Today was my 1st visit (to the Topeka location) and it was probably on my top 10 list for customer service (keeping in mind I am normally very critical on customer service 😉). On our way to the checkout one of the awesome young lady (im so upset at myself i didn't catch her name) that work there caught us and informed us on a promotion with that certain brand we were buying. So we spent a few dollars more and left with a free flat iron and tote bag! Boom!
Little things like this (and sharing the experience) make for better customer service stories and happier shopper's

This is the first time I have been here and I have to say it was probably by far one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I was a little hesitant going in there because I had my two teenage sons and what boy wants to look at makeup with their mom. Lol. I don't remember her name but the lady who greeted us at the door and answered all of my questions about eye shadow brush sets was absolutely amazing. I didn't feel judged, awkward or out of place even with my teenage kids. I was very impressed by the service and the cleanliness of the store as well. I was a little disappointed that the few eyeshadow pallettes I wanted were sold out but, that wasn't there fault. Also, I was surprised that they had a salon in there. We stopped and watched them and I was impressed by their professionalism. I will be going back again and I will be trying out the salon as well.

This store is huge but extremely clean. I had to take a return there and the cashier was excellent. I know there things are in the higher price scale but things appear to be worth it.

Got a chance to go into Ulta during their soft opening, and this is such a wonderful addition to Topeka! The staff was extremely sweet and helpful, and the store is so nice and clean. The perfect spot for all of your beauty needs. I was also so excited to see that they have services like the Ulta Skin Bar, Benefit Brow Bar, and their Salon! Incredibly excited to have another option for all things beauty!

Hugo was such a great help to me! I am a makeup novice and Hugo was extremely knowledgeable on different products and various brands.

Booked a mini spa day for my daughter “from another mother :)” on Friday, May 20. There was a mix-up with the appointment. The manager (apologize for forgetting your name!) stepped in and SAVED the day. So gracious and sweet! She pulled in Jordan Dankenbring to be the make up artist and manager trimmed my girl’s hair. Together they made Tarryn’s day and she felt like a princess! You both went above and beyond to save the day and I am SO, SO grateful and thankful to both. Tarryn’s response was “I’m glad the other lady didn’t show up!” Absolutely, positively thrilled with both of these super ladies❣ Recommend Topeka Ulta to anyone needing a beauty fix and if you need make up done for a special day, Jordan is fantastic :)

Love this store! So happy Topeka has one now. I recently went to the salon for a haircut with Regan after my bangs were cut too short and thin somewhere else. She did a great job making them look thicker and longer and also showed me some tricks to styling them. Will definitely be back!

Excellent 1st visit! My stylist changed salons and I followed. Ulta is a comfortable shop, offering tons of top brand products, the staff are down to earth and super friendly and helpful. Looking forward to future visits!

Ms.Stacey, at the salon did my hair cut and brown color streaks today, and I simply love it. All I did was show her a picture of what I had in mind and the length I preferred, and that was all, she did it exactly the same. She is an excellent stylist and glad I got it done from her.

Absolutely amazing! Despite being packed the store was clean and well put together. There were staff helping everyone and a greeter to show you your way. But let me tell you about two staff members Jamie (I believe) and Andi. I went because I actually used up my everyday palette and needed a new one. My heart was set on a specific Morphe palette which they were unfortunately out of but these two young women went to the back and dug through boxes trying to find it. Unfortunately no luck however when I became fixated on the Jeffree Star Morphe collab palette they went back not once not twice but three times to try and find it which they did! I have never had such AMAZING customer service! I can't wait to go back!
