Five stars hands down! I'm in Dillons at least every other day, mainly because I shop as needed and not in bulk. The staff is very friendly and I'm always greeted with a smile. The prices are reasonable and even if something isn't on the shelf you can ask and have them check for you. I've come a custom to seeing familiar staff faces and they are always helpful. I normally go through self checkout now that they have one because to me it's faster. I love using my Dillons card to save on groceries and also on gas. I go to Dillons for groceries and other items before the other options in town. Recommend Dillons to everyone!

I prefer Dillons for several reasons and the best one is their people. They are the best at Dillons in Pratt, Ks. Secondly, their produce and fruit always look fresh and well stocked with an orderly appeal. Third reason i believe is very important belongs to the meat market and deli. Good people committed to their customers and pride in their cleanliness in their departments.

My father was snowed in at Pratt and only had enough medications for one day. I called this pharmacy because I heard they might deliver and they were extremely helpful in telling me exactly what they could do to get his prescriptions transferred from his hometown pharmacy. Even with a ton of snow on the ground, they were able to deliver a weeks worth of medications to my father within of couple of hours of me talking to them. Amazing customer service!

Great place to shop. It is always clean. They have a wide selection and decent prices but watch for sales on the items you buy most.

We have been doing business with Dillon's for 22years since we got here from California. Their products are well priced,their fresh produce is fresh and worth the money.

It's not ginormous but they have a great selection. I especially love the variety of organic foods they carry.
