Great local gym! New equipment, very clean and well maintained, calm friendly atmosphere, and 24 hour access for members. Their membership rates are very reasonable! If your looking for a great place to workout with a relaxed setting this is definitely the place to go! They also offer tanning if your interested in that.

The gym is very clean. The equipment is placed well. There is plenty of free weight space, although at times, because of timing of members, there is a shortage of regular benches for members to use with free weights. Plenty of space to move around and social distance. Different options for aerobic workouts. Excellent staff customer service.
