My Granddaughter and I were both happy with our Frappuccino treat. This location has always been great. Love that there is a Starbucks near us!

Pam was the sweetest most caring Barista! What a pleasant experience at the drive through

Food and coffee are fine, location is just a bit busy - but that's not really Starbuck's fault and they seem to keep the line moving. Carmel macchiatos (warm) are the bomb and those little bacon sous vide quiche bites are also pretty good.

There’s something about this Starbucks that I truly love. The staff is always so sweet and thoughtful, the drinks are really good, and I truly appreciate the environment because it really does feel like a second home to me. Keep up the good work guys!

The Employees here always go above and beyond. One of the only Starbucks I enjoy going to due to the customer service. Even when they’re busy they make sure to get to everyone and keep the customers up to date with what’s going on.

This Starbucks is like Cheers. All the employees are very friendly. They know your name and will say that it's nice to see you again. Ms. Pam is awesome. She has made this Starbucks an exceptional place.

They are always polite and friendly, and my drink is never wrong or burned.

Ms. Pam & Jessie are the backbone of this Starbucks community and make me feel special every morning on my commute. This location works incredibly quick & always are so sweet, kind, and helpful even when the drive-through line wraps around the building. My order is always correct and the employees always have a smile. They truly go above and beyond to be kind and give spot on drink recommendations when I’m feeling indecisive or want to try something new! I’ve been coming to this location for 3-4 months now and they are always just great. ♥

I have almost always had an above and beyond experience here, but I wanted to point out that the flower stickers made my day if not my week, I’ve been having a hard time this month and those brought me a lot of joy just to see, thank you to whoever is doing that and you should be proud of this location in general they do an incredible to make it feel warm and bright! 🌼

This is a beautiful brand new store! The employees are wonderful and they all work very hard, even with half of them being new! There have been some shortages recently it seems due to them being a brand new location (literally two weeks old), but they are all very kind and gracious about helping figure out what to substitute instead! And the drinks are always great! I can’t wait to come and study at this location once they are allowed to have seating open again!

They always make my drink perfectly! The people at the drive thru are always SO nice and sweet. If I ever have questions or changes on a new order, they’re always super patient and willing to change anything for me if I decide I’m not a fan of what I ordered. All the good employees at the Price Chopper bux went to this one and you can 100% tell!!

Didn't have pumpkin so I ask the wonderful young lady what her drink and she made me one. I absolutely loved it! Wonderful experience! First time there.😍🥰🙌

LOVE LOVE LOVE this Starbucks location. Finally a Starbucks in the Leavenworth and Lansing area that has a drive thru and a patio to sit on and not just inside the Price Chopper. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Be sure to give them a break during this time of low stock on some of their syrups and mixes.

Staff is always super nice and cheery. One of the girls there, Taylor, is the best at making drinks very quickly yet still so tasty and perfect. It's always a pleasure walking in or pulling up to the window and seeing her there. They all do their best every time I've gone and I've had no issues and I order everything from a basic iced coffee to those extravagant tik tok drinks, say your order slowly and if you have to clarify with your barista they're more than happy to make your drink exactly how you want to.

I found a drink on tik tok recently that was incredibly ridiculous to order. I was in the drive thru and read what the screenshot I had taken said. The person taking my order was so patient and so kind about my inexperience ordering at starbucks. When I got to the window I apologized for not knowing how to order but the baristas were so sweet about it and really made me feel welcome! I noticed everyone was wearing a mask and I felt so safe knowing they were taking the necessary COVID precautions to keep everyone safe! If I could give more stars I totally would! I’ll be back and I’d like to say that these people are so much better than almost any Starbucks I have been to! Thank you for being so nice!

I love Starbucks and the app. Love being able to view menu, seeing what's available, order ahead and pick up at window. And our new stand alone store is clean and bright, with a fun and friendly staff...kudos!
