Ken's Garage

I have been a customer at Ken’s Garage since 2022. They have serviced my car about 4 or 5 times and I have never had a problem with them. They are always kind and trustworthy! They have great prices and they do a great job every time! They keep me updated on other things that may need to be fixed which shows they care. They are not there merely to make money! High recommendation coming from me! A name that I would add to this review is Curtis. 95% of my customer service has been from him. Great guy!!

Kens garage has been phenomenal! I'm new to the area and when looking for a mechanic the reviews brought me in and they have lived up. Most recently I took in the car for a alternator problem, but after a quick diagnosis they said it was a simple lose wire and didn't try to take advantage. If you need a mechanic they are truly someone you need to try!

They diagnosed and repaired my car faster than most places would have, and for a reasonable price! Now my ford explorer is running better than it has in quite some time, and the guys were all super nice! Definitely recommend!

I always have a pleasant experience with Ken’s garage. The work they’ve done on my vehicles is efficient and service time is reasonable. Staff are always friendly and communicate well about what repairs need to be done and the cost associated. There are no surprises! I love the text communication as well!

My experience with Ken’s Garage has been nothing but wonderful! Everyone there is professional from the top down, their knowledge and expertise is unmatched and their 100% fair and honest work is never compromised by the people who are in charge of their business. I’ve lived here Lansing/Leavenworth since the beginning of my time here on earth so I’m pretty familiar with the area and the surrounding areas as it pertains to auto mechanics and repair shops, I wouldn’t have my 2006 Volvo s40 in any of those places in the area because I know from experience that Ken’s Garage offers competitive labor charges works with the customer provides quality service and work and backs up their repairs via auto repair warranty.

After three failed attempts in searching for a reliable, honest, and trustworthy mechanic in a period of 1 year, I can rest assured my Charger will be taken care of at Ken's Garage. Just to be specific as I have owned my car since 0 miles and have always been responsible to upkeep with maintenance on my vehicle since day 1 as it was under warranty with Dodge. However, I noticed my vehicle overheating right after I moved to Kansas so I decided to take it to the dealerships and yes two different dealerships Dodge in Leavenworth and Toyota in Legends to no avail. Neither one was able to spot this radiator leak but wait as it gets even better with a third party of S&B Automotive who was able to identify another leak in the coolant system which he replaced entirely. Thus, three different qualified mechanics failed to spot the real issue which Ken's Garage was able to spot with their complimentary service of a quality inspection. I share all of this to help someone who may be experiencing similar issues and urge everyone to steer away from dealerships as this matter should have been covered under warranty years ago not 11 years later. I am forever grateful and fortunate to have found a mechanic after all...

I am so happy with the repair Ken's garage did on my vehicle. I had taken it to the dealership multiple times only to be ignored, dismissed, or told it was just normal road noise. Ken's Garage quickly diagnosed and repaired my vehicle. It hasn't sounded so quiet in years! The gas mileage is noticeably improved as well. They also worked with the warranty company to get eligible repairs paid for that were under our warranty coverage. Thank you!

I wrote a review about Ken’s awhile back and wanted to be sure to follow up. I am a huge proponent for supporting local businesses and after my conversation with Troy this afternoon, I wouldn’t want my first review (written out of frustration) to steer anyone away from getting service at this shop.

First and foremost, Troy was honest and fair, as well as kind. He was easy to talk to and willing to hear me out. He also rectified the situation right away. We ended on a good note and I told him that I would be happy to bring our business back to their garage.

At the end of the day, a little communication and understanding go a long way for all parties involved. I truly appreciate Ken’s Garage for just taking a moment to talk through things with me, and in turn, making them right.

The business is run be a genuinely good man and good people.

Very good service!! Called on a Tuesday, dropped my car off on Wednesday, got a whole AC unit replaced. It was ready the same day!! Curtis and the crew were very prompt and professional.

I am so grateful that I was recommended to Kens Garage! They are amazing and took such good care of not only my car but me as well, I didn’t have a ride to work the morning I dropped off my car and they so generously drove me into work. They were so fast and efficient. When my car was repaired they called to let me know it was finished. When I pick up my car I noticed they had so generously changed my blinker light as well! If you are ever wanting work done on your car I 100% recommend going to them. Thank you to everyone there!

Best mechanic in the area! Great business, honest mechanic service, very knowledgeable. Ken's Garage has been servicing our vehicles for the past few years now and we wouldn't take them anywhere else. They have even fixed up everything for our old 2000 RV under the hood and it runs so beautifully. They do good thorough inspections and they don't overcharge anyone.

Very honest and easy to work with. I brought my car in to check and oil leak and it turned out to be a loose filter. They fixed the problem with no attempt to sell me any additional services or tagging on extra fees. 10/10 would go back again.
