Made my appointment on line, received text and email confirmation, dropped car off, and one hour later received a call/text that it was ready. Damon explained the work performed and future care and visits. What more can I ask for?

I have been going to firestone for year and this location for the last couple of years and every time they do what is needed done in a timely manner and they are always so nice and the location is clean. My experience with them is exceptional.

I've used them on multiple occasions and haven't had any problems with the services. I set up a appointment and the cars always ready the same day!

Got me in super quickly, were very trustworthy with their assessment, and there was hardly any wait for the service to be completed.

Top notch staff that can assist but never try and talk you into anything. When they service your vehicle, they do an inspection and both show and explain why it may be a potential issue. They also provide quotes for the recommended services, which are great for price comparison. They also seem a bit more capable and knowledgeable than some other places I have taken my vehicles.

We were in town for my sister’s wedding and had a little tire emergency. Despite being swamped, Bret the manager and his crew took great care of us. In fact the customer service was so good we went ahead and bought four new tires rather than get the old one patched. If you’re anywhere near the area and you need tires, this is the place to go.

I was working in the area, got a screw in the tire! I'm not from there and I'd have been flat by the end of the day. No where else in the area would squeeze me in
JOEY found a space for me got me patched and back to work before I finished my lunch at an affordable price as well! His commitment to customer service and quality was top notch!

I have been to Firestone at a different location once in the past and was less than pleased, however the Leavenworth location was absolutely amazing! They were incredibly friendly and helpful! I will absolutely be going back in the future for whatever needs arise with my vehicle!

If you are looking for that 1950s feel. Taking care of the client. Getting a good deal and not having to have a coupon. This is the place you want to go. They have Amazing fast service. Get you in that day or the next!!

They did a great job fixing my car. They explained everything very well and made sure we understood what needed to be done and how long it would take, even apologizing when it took a little longer due to how busy they were. Will be back with all of our vehicles when needed for sure!

Excellent service in a timely fashion. Woody and John are both amazing and always go out of their way to care for my family's vehicles as if our cars and trucks were their own. I've never been disappointed with this place they always go above and beyond. My car would of been sold years ago if it weren't for their help! And they always show they care, if my vehicle needs something they don't do in their shop (like when i needed a spare key) they know who to call and they call that person right then and there to help as much as they can. I can't thank u guys enough for all the wonderful help!

I've been a customer here before and the service and advice are always great. They give you honest advice on repairs and have quotes ready when you need them. Today was no different. I came in for a tire rotation and alignment and during the courtesy inspection, they determined a tie rod was badly worn and my brakes were dangerously thin. They did not pressure me, but provided me with quotes and were able to complete the additional repairs the same day. I also inquired into replacing the other tie rod end, but they told me it wasn't necessary. Now my vehicles drives much better than when I brought it in.

Firestone came highly recommended by a member of the family who deals with them on their job. I have been very impressed! It's always clean in the waiting room, they are always professional and willing to explain anything that I do not understand.

I'm a new customer to Firestone. They were very nice over the phone. Once I got there the place was very nice and really clean and the customer service was excellent still!! I got my oil changed and the price was awesome!!! Thanks Firestone I do appreciate it!!!

Woody the guy running the shop here in KS was very much customer friendly. I told him what I needed done & he got his tech on the job! Done within the hr. Not like this in the Hermitage location! Also, didn't try to tell me that I needed somethin that I really didn't!
