All of the staff were very friendly. They explained everything very clearly without using words that only a mechanic could understand. Before they did any work on my car, they called me and told me what needed to be done and why, what the total cost would be -parts,labor, taxes, disposal fees etc.- so that I knew exactly what the cost would be. I had needed to reschedule to today and they were very friendly about it and worked with me to reschedule. The work was great, and I recommend them to anyone who needs any auto work done.

This is the cleanest, best smelling shop I’ve ever been in!! The staff are all very courteous and professional, and the appearance of the whole shop was great. So many shops you can’t sit down or don’t dare touch anything because they’re filthy…this place sparkles. They even use the GOOD STUFF for toilet paper! (I’m lookin at you, Charmin!) They honored an amazing coupon that I forgot to bring in with me, they were so friendly, and they took excellent care of my vehicle. It’s obvious they pay attention to the details. Will definitely be using them for all our auto needs.

I had a oil change and all wheel alignment on a 2020 Ford Mustang. Butlers got me in the next day, and was quick to get the job done. I am pleased with the work. The customer service was outstanding. Everything that I experienced was top level expert service. I highly recommend Butlers North for any service.

Staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Came in for an oil change because my dealership failed to do it when my car was in the shop for two weeks. I asked them to check the status of brakes and struts. Told them I had the right front strut replaced a couple days ago by dealership. After inspection, they wanted to clarify if it was the left strut that was replaced. Dealership replaced wrong strut. I was allowed to view the replacement strut for verification. I appreciate their honesty and integrity as a business.

Very honest people. Did exactly what I asked for. Checked out my car and gave me estimates on what future work was going to be needed.
I waited for my car there. They had beverages and snacks available while I waited. It was great because I hadn’t had breakfast.
I will be bringing my cars back here.

Second time at Butler’s and it won’t be my last. We had a bit of a miscommunication about the services I wanted for my vehicle and they immediately took care of the issue. The team at Butler’s holds itself to a high standard and does everything it can to earn the customer’s trust and confidence. While it took a bit longer than I had planned, their character and professionalism more than made up for the slight inconvenience.

First time using their service. Just needed a battery change (since apparently AAA doesn't offer on-site battery service these days). Got in right away. Good communication and good explanation of services offered, since I had some other questions about my electrical system. Should I have any other automotive repair needs, I'll be checking with them first.

I had an awesome experience! They were very professional. They kept constant communication. They also looked for ways to save me money on my major rack and pinion replacement and timing chain replacement. I have over 200,000 miles and instead of shrugging their shoulders and saying it’s old ( like the dealership), their goal is to shoot for another 100,000 miles. The team was awesome, but special shout out to Tanner. Tanner went above and beyond to keep me informed through calls and text. He even took pictures of the repair process for me. I also want to recognize my repair technician for looking for ways to save me hours, saving me thousands. Great job team!

We are recent arrivals in Leavenworth. Our 4WD had stopped working. We knew that the repair could be affordable or not. We were quoted the diagnostic cost (essentially labor) and a period (days) when they would work it in.

We were called the same day with the diagnostic finding. As the repair parts would cost more than the car justified, we opted to not proceed. No problem for them. Investigation had been careful and non-destructive. They re-assembled everything, thoroughly explained what was found. Our car was 15yrs old and they treated it as if it was a current model. We'll be happy to return for service in the future.

They got us in the same day and fixed it by the next day! Friendly and welcoming. We will be back next time we need a car repair!
