Iv always had a good experience here. The auto center employees are very helpful and polite. I wish that people shopping for regular items would not come to check out here though, they are already very busy taking care of customers for “ auto care “. Go to the front of the store like everyone else where there are more than a few registers.

I went in on a spare and was promptly greeted by a very pleasant woman. The staff was upbeat and worked well together. I ended up getting a great deal on all 4 new tires! The manager Mike gave me a deal I couldn't pass up. I will definitely be using their services in the future.

Mike and his coworker, went above and beyond to get my trailer tire fixed, even when it was getting late in the evening. I was traveling from out of state and they showed an enormous amount of integrity and hard work. They need to be recognized for how well they treat their customers. Highly recommend.

I cannot thank the Walmart auto center enough for the amazing service I received today! I didn’t catch names unfortunately but I talked to about 5 different people while there and all were amazing!
Just my luck, my car battery died in the Walmart parking lot and the auto center took care of everything and explained the differences in all options I had. They got my car fixed up and ready to go super quick, easily the fastest Service I’ve ever had. Thank you so much!

They were helpful, and got my car in quickly for a new battery and out quickly. Though my tires will have to be ordered as they didn't have them in stock.

The woman who helped me out was super nice and helpful. She treated me with the upmost respect and made my experience very easy, welcoming and fast. Also the total cost of plugging the whole in my tire was very low and affordable.

When I got there, the auto parts center was very busy, and the 2 auto shop employees were busy checking out carts of stuff for customers that were not using the autu shop at all
The employees were very pleasant even though they were under tremendous pressure. Wal mart management needs to put a stop to the practice of using the auto shop as a checkout!

I typically don't rate Walmarts because who cares? But I've been to the auto center there twice now and have been taken care of with exceptional service. The first time I started with phone calls to 3 other Walmart closer to where I was at and only 2 of those even answered their phones. The 3rd answered after being transferred twice. The one in Leavenworth answered and got me in and went the extra mile to help out. A special mention for Robert, the manager, he is open and is part of the reason that team is as successful as they are. His helpful attitude filters down to his entire team.

Been going here off and on for about a year. Always get my tires and oil change here and every time each employee and the manager have been really nice and willing to work with me. I will continue to keep coming here in the future

I had a flat tire on my Prius prime. Took it in just before they closed, and it was a loose valve core. They tightened the core, inflated the tire, checked for leaks, and gave it back, no charge. Refused a tip, looking appalled. I highly recommend the tire shop to others, although I can't speak to other services. The really helped me out of a bind.

I would have never thought to use Walmart before now. Mike Schmidling is the Manager in Leavenworth, and it’s because of him that we are repeat customers when the closest Walmart is half the distance. I will continue to go there as long as Mike is around, but not if he leaves. He treats us like people and not just another number, or paycheck. It runs like the fine oiled machine it is, and it’s because of how he treats people. God Bless him and the people who made him the Manager. Mike tell the big boss you deserve a raise because we spent about $300 there just because he was fixing a tire for us last minute so my wife didn’t miss work tomorrow. Until next time!

got 2 new tires. they had them in stock and replaced in less than 1 hour. just need to convince front office to replace their credit card reader.

Great prices, excellent service. Unfortunately, they are not full service. Wish they did alignments. But you can always get that done elsewhere once a year.

The auto care technicians are very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They don't try to sell you things or services you don't need. Very professional!!

Took both of my vehicles in for oil changes. The staff is always so nice and they o a great job!
