Had a last minute printing need. Sent the email with document attached. Got a call right away to confirm details. Hours later received an email the job was completed!!! Couldn’t be more satisfied. Great service, phone call was great, in person customer service exceeded expectations. Great job!!!! Definitely recommend.

I do all of my printing needs here: training books, manuals, and signage. The team is always willing to help, and routinely go above and beyond with their customer service skills to impress. Just today I walked in with a big job, slightly outside their normal scope, that had to be turned quickly, and they didn't flinch! They communicate well, and turn out high quality products. Looking at their reviews, it is sad to see so many low reviews & low stars due to Amazon non-prepaid shipping labels keeping them down. (I actually had that happen once, 5 buck return for a 10 buck item, but it was my fault for not checking the return policy.. not the UPS store.) Bottom line, Paul (the owner) and his team are great for the community, run a great store, and turn out awesome products. Highly recommend!

This UPS Store has always been my go to for printing. My husband coaches the Lansing Youth Football team and we needed to print our playbooks the same day (over 400 pages) and we called and they were totally willing to print them. They had them ready in less than an hour. When we went to pick them up, they did not charge us!! They are always so very kind and their willingness to help their community will never be forgotten!!! Thank you so much for these playbooks. And I strongly encourage anyone in the Lansing/Leavenworth area who needs printing done to call this store its hassle free, easy, fairly priced, and fast!!! This UPS store is my drop off location for Amazon returns. But it’s more than that. They’ve done printing for a nonprofit group I work with and for my business.
