Candlewood Suites Lenexa - Overland Park Area, an IHG Hotel

It's a hotel. However, they want to make you feel at home. Two burner stoves, a full-size refrigerator, and a dishwasher. I know it doesn't sound like much, but when you're in a hotel room for weeks or months, it makes life a lot easier. IHG and Hilton are the top two brands. I do not stay anywhere else. Between the two brands, they do what's right by the customer. Like free laundry. It's the little things that keep me coming back.

Staying at this hotel for a few weeks. I arrived early and room was not available yet. The man behind the counter recommended a great place to get lunch while I waited for my room to be ready. My room was clean and very comfortable. Staff has been accommodating and extremely professional.

I would like to thank Barbara so much , she was the perfect host. She went above and beyond to accommodate me and my wife. She was very polite and definitely a breath of fresh air at hard time when we needed her. I will definitely return just because of the fact that she gave me the best customer service. Thank you so much Barbara.

Pros: for the class of hotel this is in, 5 stars. First time to stay here. Clean, well maintained, quiet, full kitchen. Great TV.

Cons: Rooms a little small.

Upon walking into my room I immediately noticed how clean it was and I knew I was going to enjoy my stay here. Unlike your competitor, the kitchenette (especially the fridge) was actually clean! Pleas tell housekeeping keep up the great work! My only complaint is the washers could use a little more work but I think it's more a issue of common courtesy with the guest and not so much the hotel. Like I really wish people would be more considerate of the the condition the leave things for the next person.

Awesome, friendly people (especially Cat at the front desk!) and great clean rooms. We stayed here with our cats and our furbabies were very comfortable. Wonderful beds. The convenience store in the first floor lobby is stacked with TONS of stuff, more than I’ve seen in most hotels, including microwaveable and single-person meals you can take to heat and eat in your suite. I highly recommend this location for anyone traveling through the area.

Walked in, greeted by an extremely friendly person, got us our room which was cool when we got in, super clean, and really nice. A fridge, Dishes, dishwasher, king sized bed, and a nice bathroom. The soap dispensers were awesome in the shower. Probably my favorite part. Checkout at noon was awesome too! Overall the hotel was great. Super close to a ton of stuff too. Even a big mall.

About as nice of a hotel for the price you can find these days. We had the king 1 br room and it was huge. Super comfy bed, excellent water pressure, everything was very clean and modern

Very nice staff, the free coffee was great. This is an extended stay was is pet friendly, clean, and the hotel grounds are kept well. Parking is lit well all around the building. Location is perfect, and I give them a 10 for hospitality.

Very Clean. Very modern. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Pet friendly. Do your laundry for free. Great workout room. Little store inside in case you get hungry. Kitchen with frig, microwave, dishes. We are here because our home caught fire. Its very quiet here. Staff has to be the friendliest Ive ever come across. We have met alot of nice people/guests.

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Convenient location right off the highway and easy to get in/out. Well lit and ample parking. Only questionable thing was the IHG signage all over recommending masks but the staff weren't wearing masks.

Stayed a couple days. Staff very accommodating. Rooms very clean.nice location. Look forward to staying again.

You don't have to wonder if this is a good place to stay- it's great! Worth every reasonable penny. Clean and well-lit with friendly accommodating service. Will stay here again the next time I pass through.

Super nice rooms wasn't expecting them to be that nice

We were displaced from our home after a neighbor’s pipe burst and flooded our apartment in Christmas Eve. The staff here was simply incredible. They were always helpful and friendly.

5 stars for JOHNNY he was the best during my stay. He helped me with local accomendations and everything. This guy made things smooth for my training weeks in Kansas. This company needs more employees like this! #GreatStay

Quick trip, great overnight stay. Bed was comfy, neighbors were quiet. Front desk was helpful and friendly. Very convenient to local shopping, as mall is tight down the road. Tons of restaurants near by, but none close enough to walk to. GrubHub service is available, tho. Kitchenette was inroom, but didn't really utilize.

The staff is friendly and professional. My room is always clean and in great working order. I recommend this hotel.

The cleanest bathroom of any hotel I have ever stayed in and the little kitchenette is so useful.

Clean and is very quiet. It has a lot of amenities well priced and I enjoy my stay every time. Rooms are modern and clean always.
