Had the wonderful opportunity to work with Jacklyn. Although she was answering phones, taking payments, helping me..She still Greeted Every Single Customer that walked through the door. She was still able to answer my questions, give suggestions and set me up with a great phone, plan and insurance. WILL DEFINITELY PURCHASE HERE AGAIN. TY!! 🙂

Went into Metro PCS with one issue, memory card. Was shown how to replace the card/chip without loosing any data. Also found out how to move pictures from emails to gallery. Luna was not only polite but very knowledgeable and honest. Her honesty was key to my visit. I truly appreciate her ability and knowledge about my phone and the other items within the store.

I would also like to mention that is some of the best service that I have from anyone in a long time this store is the best Jackie the supervisor her manager and and Mike they are fantastic they know what they're doing and kudos to both of them and thank you so much Metro I've been with you a long time thanks for the good service I sure do appreciate it I will pass the word alone thank you all very much and have a great day oh and I almost forgot going in there I walked out with more knowledge about what I was doing with this phone and had to do something and told me anything is it must have been good because it works I've learned something from them to their very helpful so I recommend them to everyone please do got a good store there with the rest of them would follow suit their wonderful thank you bye and one for that
