Went in with my cousin to get his iPhone screen replaced. Service was extremely fast and I believe that particular service was also free with his plan. Store was kept very clean. Christopher (I wasn't think was the name of the employee) very helpful

I have been with t-mobile for some number of years. have been to a number of store but the store in leavenworth on Marion has the best employees all very helpful and friendly

Chris was very helpful, gave me some information on the phone and even helped me set it up. I appreciate the absolute amazing service that he gave me. 10/10 would recommend

My wife and I went in today to get her upgraded. Shelby was who helped us and I just have to say she went above and beyond with customer service. She made sure we didn't miss out on any promotions that were available for us and she helped us understand our plan and our bill a little bit better. I highly recommend this store to anyone needing help. Shelby had an awesome attitude!!

I went to the store after getting off work late and they helped me get the new iPhone super fast and the two guys working were very knowledgeable and eager to help me, they even stayed late to make sure everything was set up correctly for me. Amazing service highly recommend!

We LOVE this location and will go out of our way to come here. Each time we have needed to pop in, we are greeted promptly, assisted in a friendly yet professional manner, and are on our way quickly without spending hours in store. The manager, Shelby, is especially awesome: patient, fun, and top-notch knowledgeable. She made sure we got the best deal for our situation, answered all our many questions and ‘what if’s’, swapped our phones in minutes and also seamlessly managed to entertain my 4yo. T-Mobile coverage can be spotty on post, but the customer service and pricing keeps us from switching carriers. Thank you!

Had a great experience getting our phones set up. Terry L was great and patient with our struggles getting our phone numbers switched over. He took the time to explain everything and made it a great experience over all! Really appreciated the team work as well from Shelby and Chris who jumped in to help!

As a Sprint customer I was running out of time to get my phone switched to be compatible with the new T-Mobile network. Shelby was very knowledgeable and courteous throughout the entire process. She was able to find me a phenomenal deal for two phones and made what I thought was going to be a horrible ordeal a very pleasant experience. Friendly employees, no pressure from sales staff, just patient courteous people who know how to do their jobs quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend this location for ease of service and convenience.

I had created a real mess by deleting apps and adjusting settings preventing me from transferring my old phones date to my new phone. Terry had it all sorted in no time flat. He was extremely competent and a pleasure to deal with!

I went there today to upgrade my phone and my sprint drive. Taylor was magnificent and professional. She was knowledgeable about all aspects of her job and quickly got me into the newest iPhone. She is quite possibly the best employee I’ve encountered at T-Mobile!

My daughter bought a new phone but it was carrier locked still to T-Mobile so we came into the store to figure out how to free it up. Taylor was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the process and within a few minutes the phone was taken care of. I had been thinking of switching us over to T-Mobile for a while and Taylor was able to work out a plan that will save us $100 a month on our phones and internet bills. Thank you Taylor! She explained what was on the plan and gave us some options so that it fit exactly what we needed. She was quite willing to answer lots of my questions with straight answers and no BS so I definitely appreciate that! I am very happy that we popped into the store and found a great solution to our problem.

I had an exceptional Experience at T mobile today. I had problems with accessing the voicemail on my phone so Kurt helped me. My husband had just passed away and it was necessary to make some adjustments on his phone. Kurt was so kind and patient. I even asked him if I could give him a hug. (Not typical for me). Thank you for great customer service Kurt.

Shelby was excellent with helping me switch my service over to the new T-Mobile network and my phone is working perfectly as I was previously a Sprint customer. She was very friendly and provided me a lot of information on how to save my voicemails and make sure my phone was updated. Thank you Shelby for all your help. I would recommend my friends to come in and visit.

If I could give more stars I would! MIKE T. IS THEE ABSOLUTE BEST! I came in about an hour and thirty minutes before closing. The store was busy but Mike T. and Taylor (other associate working) kept apologizing for the wait and would assure all the customers in the store that they would get to everyone as soon as possible. I was the last customer and Mike T. helped me with opening watch lines and upgrading my plan to help me save money. Throughout my transaction he kept saying how much he appreciated how patient I was and he knew the process was taking long. My transaction ended thirty minutes after closing and at no point during that time did the process feel rushed to get me out the door since they were closed. Thank you so much Mike T.!!

I want to thank Mike V, Shelby, and Taylor from the this store. We were having a big issue with our bill and They all worked very hard to get the problem corrected. Shelby stayed on the phone with billing for 2 hours. Thank you all very much! We greatly appreciate all your effort.

this was honestly the most fun visit i've had to a customer store. everyone in store was so friendly and greeted us immediately, even when every employee was busy with a customer. shelby is the BEST! she was so helpful and definitely knew the best way to the make the most of your plan, which was really important to us. she got us a second line and new phone in a very quick and easy process, and not counting chit-chat, took less than maybe 15 or 20 minutes while they were busy and dealing with other customers. very impressive, very satisfied, and i'm very confident i'll be coming in store and coming to this location for future needs!

I came into the store and was immediately greeted by Taylor, she helped explain all the new features of the Apple watch for me, I dont think ive ever been treated so good at a store, She's extremely professional and had such a great attitude, I will definitely be back just because of her!

Chris was amazing, courteous and patient. We ran into some technology snags and he continued to work through it without getting ruffled. He pushed through to get the job done the way I wanted and needed. Highly recommend!

I came in to the store not expecting very much but was so well taken care of by Taylor, she explained everything I needed to know about the new phones and the T mobile service plans, Definitely one of the best employees I have ever talked to, she seemed like she loved her job and took care of everything I needed. I will be back just because of her.
