The employees are knowledgeable about their products. I wanted a wax pot and the young woman working found me a whole set that had just gone on sale. I was so happy after finding out I didn't have to buy the wax, strips, applicators and everything else, it was all included. Thanks!

The ladies that work there are great. I get hair extensions there to test the sharpness of straight razors I restore and resell. Nice place.

Love the products. Do not like the girl 'Tiffiny' thatxworks there. SHE WILL FORCE YOU INTO PRODUCTS YOU DONT WANT AND RUIN YOUR HAIR. DO NOT TALK TO HER AT ALL, ITS NOT WORTH IT!!
