I wanted to take a moment to speak about the staff at this store. I do not know their names but there was a female and a male (presenting) working on Feb 24, 2024 at opening. I came in with my two kids. Long story short my son had a meltdown of epic proportions inside the store as we were waiting to checkout. It should be mentioned my son does have some sensory processing issues as well as other diagnoses so please do not think he is a “bad kid” from reading this. Moving on, the pair that was working this day were incredibly kind! They showed compassion towards him and myself and grace. I was so worried due to the scene that was being caused that we would be asked to leave or that they’d get upset. Nothing like that happened. That tried talking to him calmly and reassured him and were overall patient towards and with me. Once he calmed down we were able to make our purchase. The whole interaction was not rushed at all and they even gave my son a pack of Pokémon cards on the way out. The way they handled this was extremely considerate. In the face of a challenge they did an absolutely wonderful job and I cannot thank them enough for the kindness they showed our family. Thank you!

The staff at this store is amazing! They know us by name and face because of how often we shop here. Any questions I’ve ever had they have happily answered with knowledge of it all and if not they will look it up for me. 100 percent recommend.
Our store always seems to have tons of Clearance as well which is great if you shop there as much as we do.

The entire staff is always helpful and resourceful. I mainly come in for pokemon items for my kids and I use them as an excuse to get myself some because they are always finding me deals.

Carley was very helpful to both my husband and myself in getting both my sons Nintendo Switch Lites replaced. Carley answered all of our questions and concerns without hesitation, and never once did they act annoyed if we had more. A true joy to work with. Very professional, friendly and has a lot of knowledge of gaming systems.

We always have a great experience and find great deals here. Matt is always knowledgeable, helpful and kind. It is our go-to.

Matt recently helped me with a return and the order of a Arctic PS5 headset and made the process very smooth. Everyone at this location is knowledgeable and helpful likely due to Matt's leadership. Great game store - cannot recommend enough

The staff is super chill and the store itself has a wide selection on gaming stuff.

Wasn't too hip about current game consoles and what I was going to need to set my nephew up with some modern higher end equipment.
An older white guy helped me out in everyway, with out embarrassing an aging uncle in front of his nephew. Nodding to me almost telepathically, to inform me that all the games my nephew had selected were, in fact, compatible with the hardware I was acquiring for him.
Clean, friendly, and helpful. If go back anytime.

The employees (Matt and Shawn especially) are always friendly and check their inventory (at the register if not by directly going to the back) if something is not displayed. If something is not in stock they give a tentative date when it might be in store. The store is clean and full of cool knickknacks beyond games/consoles/controllers. Best GameStop I’ve ever been too

We were basically just wasting time in here. The guy at the counter was cool. We talked about Funko Pop. They had a lot of characters but nothing I was looking for. My son founds some cheap games. Didn't buy anything but we usually go here for games.

Great store with an extremely friendly and helpful staff. I had my two children in there and they loved playing with the available demo games, way cool! The store was clean and the deals were nice, we will be coming back again!

Wasn't pestered to buy anything, just went in to browse. Was greeted, told to ask for help if I'm looking for something I cant find, (after I said I was just browsing) and was left to wander the store in search of something. 👍👍 Happy to return

Quite honestly one of the best video game stores I have ever visited. The employees care about you, listen to you, and know their games and game systems. I have walked in there wanting to try something new and different and because of their diligence in listening to what I like to play they have recommended games that have been amazing. They are also not afraid to steer a person clear of a game that would not be suitable for them or simply is not worth the money. They are very honest about the products they sell, what is good and what is not so good. The selection is great and the staff is wonderful, this is literally where you need to stop for your console gaming needs. (They even have other gear such as shirts, board games and relatable books/guides.)

Greatest group of employees. If you guys need anything ask for Shawn or Matt!!! These two will take care of you no matter what your looking for.

Super helpful employees who are very down to earth. They deserve a raise. They even helped me pick out a nice headset in my budget.
